DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I trusted this company with over £5,000 of furniture (also much sentimental value) and over the past 3 months they have promised to return it, and charged me over £700 for the return, however I have waited in my home expecting the delivery 4 times and no show.

They have not only taken around £5,000 in fees for storage, and £1500 for transport fees, and they just don't turn up, despite numerous phone calls.

Beware when you speak to them, they say they will deliver and then each time don't turn up and don't ring to let you know.

I think this is disgraceful behaviour and by this post, I only want to protect others from going through this!

This is the first time I used them and I would recommend them to all my friends and family and everyone let me start by saying the customer service was wonderful Kelly I believe that’s her name. She was kind and caring. The workers came to my house. They was kind and fast the price was reasonable also.

After helping us out following a no show of our moving firm, it seemed to start well.
Unfortunately we were lied to about the location of the van which turned up multiple hours late. After giving a detailed and accurate itinerary, we were given a price for the job at three occasions during the move we were given supplementary costs and in the end, the final bill was almost double the original, and all this happened during the job and on the day. When I later contacted this company to discuss the access costs which I was forced to pay before they left my premises at 1 am in the morning they at First said they would call me then after that became more and more disinterested in my concerns in the end, my final message to them did not even receive a response. I cannot trust a company that changes the price by a factor of double during the job.

Removal company yes! Professionals No!
I requested packing, unwanted furniture removal & delivery!
Yes, they put things in boxes, I mean anything to hand went in & there was no protection of any kind, no bubble wrap, polystyrene or even newspaper? Oh, hang on they did wrap some stuff in cling film.
How on earth, my ornaments didn’t break is beyond me! So yeah, they did what was asked of them, so I guess that’s a plus!

If you’re happy for your packing to be done this way, then you won’t go far wrong with this company.
