I ordered a product from them, it never came. I emailed to ask where it was and they cancelled my order said they had refunded it, the refund never came. I emailed them again to ask for the email they replied with they had actioned it again, still never received. I emailed again and they said I would have to contact my bank as it was an issue with them. My bank said no refund had been made and AYP just keep saying they have sent it so not their problem.
