After reading the reviews here, I would be upset too if what was said in the reviews happened to me. However, in my case it was SMOOTH sailing. My #1 goal was to complete a real estate course fast in... See more

If I could give negative stars I would
If I could give negative stars I would. This course is torture!!!! It makes you sit through a timer even if you read the course faster you have to sit through the designated time they set. I passed my P&C test at first try with the state but not this course test. I tried 3 times!!! I hate this course with passion will not wish on my worst enemy. Hate it hate it hate hate it. Took me 3 12 hour days to finish it
Horrible Customer Service
Horrible Customer Service. I completed a course and they never put a date on the certificate. I almost had my license suspended because of this. I tried calling over many days and many hours and no one answered. Fortunately, my real estate association was empathetic to my situation and let it slide. But really really bad experience. Just read the other reviews and don't make the same mistake I made by using them.
Hidden fees. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
I paid for a complete renewal course. I looked at the all the subjects and most of it was there. I checked the AZ requirements and saw they had the remaining 3 needed listed at $0. So I figured it must come with the course. I finished the course and went to add those into my cart but to no avail. It would give me an error every time. So I messaged in and let them know. The next day they changed it and said they were $9 each... That's an extra $27. I will NEVER use this company again. Bait and switch.
Will not give me credit for a completed course because they forgot to remove it from the internet
I signed up for an Ethics Continuing Education (CE) course on July 15, 2024, and completed it the same day. However, when I checked my state portal several days later, the course was not listed. I contacted AYPO and was informed that the course had expired on July 13, but they had neglected to remove it from their offerings. Despite repeated calls, they refuse to grant me credit for the completed course. The irony of this situation is striking, considering it was an Ethics CE course!
Run dont walk from this Company. Extremely terrible customer service, took Ethics class and never reported to Ins Dept. as required, call and call and placed on extremely long holds. USE WEB CE

Realtors -- I recommend avoiding this…
Realtors I recommend avoiding this course at all costs. I registered because I was on a budget and this course offered the best pricing. It was not worth it. The course is repetitive, the exam questions don't match the content, and though I was finishing continuing education credits there was zero jurisdiction-specific information. Five days after I finished the course I am still waiting for my results to be submitted to DC government. Huge waste of money and time. I recommend the CE shop or Moseley. Higher brain-food and worth the extra money.
It's an awful course
It's an awful course. If you miss a couple of answers, (and the questions are not easy), you are required to repeat the entire timed section. It took twice as long to complete vs any other class I've taken. Its a mass production educator that just should be eliminated from your choices. Also, the rep who sold the course said the credits would apply toward my appraisal license update as well. It turns out he lied. Nothing I can do about it, except warn others.
generic school without actual subject matter experience
Meh... The AYOP platform has offers several exams. I should have used a dedicated platform for real estate, as the AYOP people lack real world industry knowledge.
For example, they asked for feedback regarding the course, and I offered some constructive feedback regarding how some terms were presented on their exam. Specifically, a scenario involving discount points on a mortgage. A representative actually sent me an email with this statement:
One percent is NOT one point
This right here should be all that you need to understand the fundamental flaw with AYOP. (Just google the definition of a loan point.) It appears that they read a lot of books on the subject matter and develop courseware, without actually having a deep understanding of practical application. This leads to incomplete and confusing exam questions, and some instruction that is outright wrong.
If I had to do it all over again, I would select an online school with real estate roots and not a generic 'blank at your own pace' school.
Bad course and absurd questions in Agency section
To answer their questions, you have to remember not only the contents, but the numbers of Public Acts and book tables in Agency course. Financing/Mortgage section is well designed and the instructor is knowledgeable.
horrible courses
horrible courses. complete time wasters, imagine finishing a course and after 30 hours you find out that they are not accepted
