Alan and his team undertook reroofing three older warehouse that we purchased with more than 20,000 sq ft of roof to recover.
They have been a pleasure to have onsite, easy to deal with, excellent quality of work and able to be flexible with both weather and the needs of the site.

After been ripped off by a company who botched our new roof up Alan Yem and his team were recommended to us. I have to say what a lovely man and crew they are. My roof had to be completely stripped back to rafters and redone from scratch. As well as been proffesional, honest and reliable, nothing was too much trouble. I feel they went Above and beyond to help me and their standard of work was second to non. As a former nurse in the NHS, I was particularly impressed with their Health and safety standards and would recommend them for any roofing job.

Absolutely brilliant service from all the lads at AY Roofing Specialists. We had a complete over sheet of our two industrial units and the quality of work and communication from start to finish was first class. Nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend 100%.

When we moved into our new premises we needed a new roof. We contacted a number of local business and chose AY Roofing and are very happy that we did.
