Outstanding customer service, would be happy to recommend family and friends. Quick response to queries, wide range of options in good locations and all apartments are a high spec.

These apartments were by far the best apartments I have booked. From start to finish my experience was great. At the booking stage I discussed what I wanted and expectations for the apartments as I was booking it for my husbands birthday. She took all of this in a recommended me the apartment. When I stayed it was exactly as I had hoped no horrible surprises. It was nice, spacious, clean and looked elegant plus it was great value for money.

AYS generally have great knowledge of the surrounding areas of the apartments, as they were able to recommend me places to go and see as well as nice restaurants and bars to go to.

We had a delightful stay at the Point West Apartments this May. Our family of 9 had everything we needed at this well located apt. at Kensington. Both our apartments were very clean,comfortable and well equipped .

Would like to specially thank Ms. Manpreet for all her assistance and prompt answers to all our queries and also for making our holiday memorable .

When I first stumbled upon this flat on AYS Aparments, it seemed almost too good to be true. I thought there must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it looked online. Manpreet is the most thoughtful, gracious host. She provided me with all the information I needed and was available when I reached out with questions. The flat was just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contained everything one needs.

The bed was comfortable, bathroom was spotless and the terrace was excellent. Most importantly, the location was incredible!
Manpreet recommended amazing restaurants and was of great help. She went above and beyond to make my long-weekend comfortable and memorable.

The best apartment I’ve stayed in! I would definitely recommend AYS apartments - so much more space than a hotel. The apartment was clean, luxurious and in the perfect location. I would defiantly recommend and use them again.

Brilliant customer service by the team at AYS! Not to mention amazing apartments finished to a high-spec and conveniently located in and around London. Would definitely recommend staying in one of these apartments rather than a hotel!
