Have you got the resolution or not? Returns are not the urgent things. We focus on sending you the goods faster. Emails sometimes get delayed replies. Fastest way to contact us is Whatsapp messages/call or direct phone call. Emails doesn't get checked sometimes on weekends. As far as I know we have already refunded for the product you returned us.

Jasmine Ji, Sorry for the inconvenience. Parcel was dispatched on the same day as of receiving the order. Tracked 24 service is not a 24hr service. They aim to deliver it within 24hrs of dispatch but it can get delayed in certain conditions and postcode. That's why we offer Royal mails guaranteed next day service also. I becomes difficult to track the parcels sometimes specially during Christmas rush time. We did send you another parcel thereafter and it was delivered to you I guess. Royal mail Tracked 24 service is not guaranteed to get delivered next day. We are always available on Whatsapp.

Very good service provided.
I placed my order after 1pm on a Friday, and I received it at 12 noon the following Monday, with Royal Mail Tracked 48hrs. So I was very pleased by the way the Company promptly dispatched the order to Royal Mail. The packaging was very well prepared. And the contact with the Company veruy smooth and easy.

My order was not delivered in a timely…
My order was not delivered in a timely manner.. I paid extra for a prompt delivery.. Royal Mail advised 2 days running there was no one home, when 2 of us were home.. I instructed to knock on the door.. it took the 3rd attempt for my elderly mother to receive the order.. not happy at all

Hello Hardeep Ji, As you know we don't deliver orders ourselves. Unfortunately, we tried all the different couriers and almost every courier have issues. We use Royal mail who deliver it you though your regular postman. We even put your notes on parcel labels to convey your special requests regarding delivery. Royal mail provide few other options regarding delivery, which can be used also. We used only Tracked services and you even get email and text messages for tracking details and estimated delivery times. Its difficult to figure out what happened in your case. It could be your local postman's fault or may be your door bell. I wish we could help with it. We even offer local collection from our Clinic. And can even get it delivered to your local post office. I think you should ask your postman or complain Royalmail about the issue. Sorry. Regards,

Hello Roopa Ji, I guess it was regarding your 27th Oct order. I think that was your 4th order. I know this parcel was delayed. We tried to figure out what was the reason, but dont know what was the exact reason. Unfortunately, sometimes we need to hold a parcel at a last minute due to condition of one of the products in the order, (shorter expiry date or damage to product in transit from India). We call clients to inform them of that situation and get a resolution. Lot of times people don't pick up call or even don't call back, even if we leave a voice message. So we need to wait for their reply before we can decide. In case of tracked 48 (chosen by customer), we provide them time scale of 2-5 working days. Your order was placed on Saturday even. I am pretty sure we must have spoken about it and ultimately your parcel was sent by tracked 24 service by us. Regards,
