I’m extremely disappointed with my experience using the AyushCare delivery app. 😕
Connecting with customer care is next to impossible. There is no proper call support, and responses on WhatsApp are very delayed, which makes it frustrating when you need urgent assistance. My order remained pending simply because one item was unavailable, but no one informed me proactively.
After a lot of effort, I finally managed to connect with support, and they processed the order without that unavailable item — something that could and should have been done promptly in the first place. Instead, I had to wait unnecessarily.
To make matters worse, I received the remaining items after more than 11 days. 🚚⏳ In today’s world, such slow service and poor customer support are simply not acceptable.
I hope the team seriously works on improving communication, support availability, and order processing speed. Otherwise, it’s difficult to rely on this service. ❗

Prepaid Order, Zero Updates, Dead Customer Care

I placed an order on March 31st and today is April 4th — 4 days later — and my order hasn't even been shipped yet. The status still shows it's being "prepared for shipping," which is completely unacceptable for a medicine order. To make things worse, I tried reaching out to their customer care and got absolutely no response. There is zero communication from their side about any delays or expected delivery timelines.

Medicines are not regular products — delays and silence are simply not acceptable. If this is how they handle orders, customers deserve to know before placing any prepaid orders. Strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from Ayushcare.in, especially for time-sensitive medicines.

Worst Customer Care Support
I had placed an order for 2 medicines on March 28th,but today is the 2nd of April and I don't see the product shipped even. I see it as "We're preparing these items for shipping." and when I try online chat,there is no response from the customer care side. It is a prepaid order and I see "unfulfilled "this is my worst experience because there is no communication about the order progress. If not in time ,i want to go for a refund,but they have rules in favour of them.

Worst Customer Support

Star – Order Not Delivered, No Response from Support

I placed an order with Ayushcare on 31st January, but till now the order has not been delivered. There has been no tracking update, and despite multiple attempts to contact customer care via email and WhatsApp, I received no response at all.

Very disappointing experience. If there is a delay, at least basic communication is expected. I hope Ayushcare responds soon and either delivers the order or processes a refund

Everything went wrong

Everything went wrong. Medicine took too much time for delivery. Aayush not worried about or tracking delivery of the product. Once the order is given to someone Aayush feels their responsibility is over. Before the item is delivered they seek review. Hopeless. Item ordered on 19 Jan 26 and delivered on 02 Feb 2026
