Great design!! Love it!

I ordered a bag on the 5th of August. Its now the 1st September and I still haven’t received ny bag. I wrote to then after the estimated delivery time had passed and they responded really fast, so their customer service is fine. I’ll update when the bag arrives, but even if the quality is amazing, it wouldn’t be worth the wait.

I love my bag. It was definitely worth the wait❤️keep up the good work👏🏽👏🏽

i ordered the 14th of august and havent revcived my order yet, it hasent even left. its the 29th of august today

Got information that my order was in the final stage for shipping the 13th.
Today is the 28th and still no bag or shipping in process.
Got an email the 20th that I get a discount on my next order and an apology.
Got another email the 28th with an apology and information that by bag is in the final stage for shipping (which is has supposedly been since the 13th).
I received these emails after several attempts to contact them.
No possibility to call them.
I will update if anything changes.
The bag will not arrive in time for uni or arrive at all, not very hopeful after all these reviews.

i ordered a bag 2 weeks ago and still have not gotten a tracking number, the bag can also be found on sites like shein. it's clearly drop-shipping of cheap prodcuts from china. would NOT recommend.

8/24: honestly im really worried its a scam because i saw the ad on IG and thats mostly scam but the
brooklyn bag looked so pretty i had to order it. but then i messaged them about how long shipping takes and they havent responded so far but it is sunday so ill give them the benefit of the doubt... all reviews so far on here are really negative and 99% are people wondering if this is a scam... im getting really worried so please can someone update when they get the bag (if ever)? i will 100% IF i ever do...

update 8/25: got a "dispatched" email, staying hopeful. they also said it takes 1-2 business days to process and 6-10 business days to ship... wont make it till school starts but hopefully itll come at all...

Final update(03/09/25): finally got my bag, just a day before 1 month point. Landed in Denmark by 27/08 but got sent around to 3 places before it got here. The bag has a smell, not too bad on the bag itself but another story for the mesh/white bag it came in. The quality is ok, not bad, feels nice to the touch. There’s a strap in the bag, two air fresheners(we probably know why), and a small pouch with charm (I’m assuming it’s the mystery bag charm that was free when checked out).

I’m disappointed by the delivery time, and have seen reviews that ordered way after me, received packages before I did(same country)

Overall, I wish well to Ayva and hope they learned from their mistakes. I understand, having factory in china and all that, but it’s time to stock up in the country they claimed to be at, so there won’t be any problem with promised delivery time.

Ordered on the 4th of August, got a confirmation email and tracking on the 6th. The company said it’s in Sweden but somehow the tracking coming from china. Till today (21st August), the tracking still said “in transit”.

Got an email from Elvira saying unexpected high demand and got 15% off code. I wish the email gave more explanation on when I could be expecting to receive the bag.

One weird thing about the website, I’ve noticed is that the bags are on sales all the time. Sometimes it has timer on how long the sales would be, sometimes not.
Now I wonder if I can cancel the order after all, because it’s not on the website/terms. Only return policy but that also cost money to send back.

Update(23/08) - finally movement on the 17track page, from “origin facility” to “in transit to another facility”

is it a scam ??
I ordered my bag on August 14th and all the informations I got is that it's "on his way from China". How long will it take ?? I hope i receive it before September...If only we could have some more informations I know that it's not been so long since I ordered it but still...

Ordered the Brooklyn Bag like so many other people did and it never arrived. I ordered it August 9th, got an order confirmation and tracking number but without any indication that the parcel is actually moving from china. It said the shipment would take 3-8 days (I'm assuming business days?) but its been 8 days now and no change.

Ayva sent an email the 17th apologizing for the delay because of, and I quote, "unexpectedly high demand after launching in Europe" with a 15% personal discount code (i checked the discount and it does work, yay).

I appreciate them reaching out to me and updating on why there is a delay. It would be really helpful if they had social media where they updated whats happening behind the scenes if they want the customers to trust the company. But right now I've not found any social media page or anyone in general talking about their product in a positive way which makes me feel like maybe I was tricked into buying their product.

I hope they will be able to fix their issues and have an open communication with their customer.

I'll keep you guys posted if I ever get my bag it would be cool if i got it before uni starts the first of september 🥲

Edit 28 august: the parcel is in transit now and it says delivery may come September 1st. I wonder how good the quality will be.

Edit september 1st: the parcel has finally arrived. I'll make a review later.

I ordered the Brooklynn bag on August 3rd from what I thought was a Swedish site and shipped from Sweden. However, it’s shipped from China and it has been 12 days and the tracking site tells me nothing about where or how far it is…

Update 19th of August

Still no bag, and it’s been 16 days since I ordered.

Update 28th of August

Still no bag, however tracking says it has finally arrived in Denmark.

Bag will most likely arrive in the next couple of days, but I wouldn’t waste my time with this site. Too many fishy things about it..

Update 30th of August
Bag arrived, however I didn’t receive yhe free charm as promised.

I ordered the exact same bag from SHEIN and I have compared the two. They are identical, there’s not ONE single thing that’s different about the two bags.

On the website it says that store is in Scandinavia, but when I order the «brooklyn bag» it says that it is shipped from China

I have ordered “The Brooklyn Bag” from their website, and according to my tracking information, the package is being shipped from China, so I’m curious to see if the quality of the bag lives up to their descriptions. I’m hoping for the best and excited to see my package when it arrives.

Update today ( August 15): I placed my order on August 8, 2025, and have only received information that my package is on its way — no further updates regarding the expected delivery date..

Update (August 20): Nothing new…. I have still not received my package.

Update (August 24): I have now received new package information regarding my order. It is still in China, but it is now registered in my DAO app.
I contacted AYVA's customer service, and they quickly replied that my order would be shipped before Friday, and this has happened. So that good.

I placed an order for my bag a week ago, but I haven’t received any confirmation email or further updates. I'm starting to worry whether this might be a scam.

Did a photo search on google, and the exact same bag and photos pops up from aliexpress and shein. I think they sell cheap shit and just call it “vegan leather” cuz they can. Watch out folks..

i thought it was a scam. You do not get a confirmation email. Money gone. But the info mail reply told me that for some reason my email was not in the order placement.
So lets see if the bag ever turns up
