DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY - We have a long-term leasing with them and it has been an absolute nightmare from day one. We're now locked in a 4 years contract but are looking for legal help to lawfully break the contract. This is NOT a human company and everything written in the contract is made to make you pay fees and penalties all the time. They're highly disorganized and every single interaction we had with them has been chaotic and stressful. I wouldn't wish this experience to anyone - it's a daily stress.

Embarrassing company.
Incompetent and dishonest. 80 days to replace a battery in my car. Nonexistent customer service and maintenance. After dozens of certified emails, they granted me a refund of two fees.
In the end, I received a credit note for only a month and a half's worth of services. They're not even capable of maintaining what they promised.
Avoid them at all costs. And don't recommend them to anyone.
A disgrace. Let's hope the market rewards them for what they're worth. Which is nothing.

NEVER buy or rent from this company. Dishonest crooks that should lose their license to operate in Europe.

Ayvens sold me a leased car that they damaged during their own repair. After receiving the car, I had several issues with noises coming from the suspension. Ayvens warranty refused to repair - it took me 4 months to get quality control to take up my case. Finally, they agreed to have it inspected by the car manufacturer, which found that Ayvens damaged the suspension during their initial repair pre-sale, which they subsequently tried to cover up by having their mechanic lie to me and tell me the suspension was fine.
