Not sure what happened with these guys

Not sure what happened with these guys. I ordered a few hoodies a few years ago and they were fantastic quality--still my favorite hoodies and they've held up so well. The last few times i ordered here my experience was really poor. I had received a hoodie and shirt that were really bad quality--the hoodie was falling apart after one wash. But I figured it was because i ordered a distressed/washed hoodie and shirt. However, earlier this year I tried to order one of their Lady Maria shirts. I waited for a month and a half to finally be refunded my money and told that they failed to fulfill my order and the shirt isn't available any more.

3 Month Wait

Bought a shirt as a christmas present, I ordered early November thinking that it’ll come beforehand since on their website it says out of America/Canada is a 20 day wait.
I tried emailing after 1 month asking for an update and it said that their email services have flagged my email as potential spam so they blocked me.
Had to create a new email just to get in contact of which took a week for one response telling me to be patient as they’re moving to Canada.
Emailed another month later they said customer service representative had been fired and supposedly they haven’t left with much glory.
I finally got my shirt yesterday after a neighbour 10 doors down had gotten my package and told us that the delivery people have lost her package.

Do not trust this company

Do not trust this company. A simple order has turned into a month's long ordeal. I have now received an invoice from ups for a package Ayylien clothing sent to their California office (to try and circumvent the tariffs) then shipped back to Canada. I am now being charged $67 for a package that didn't even enter the state I live in. Obviously no response from customer service. Don't believe anything you may hear from this company. It'll just cost you a lot of money for sub-par quality clothes.

Tariffs and disappointing customer care

t is my understanding that Ayylien Clothing is a US based company as both the YouTuber the brand is attached to is and all the internet searches I did lead me to believe that.
I received my order roughly a week ago and today received a letter from UPS stating I owe them an import fee into the US. Baffled I went to check the site which states that only international orders will potentially pay customs and I went to check my order which said IT CAME FROM CANADA. nowhere was this information on my order when I ordered nor is it on your website that orders will be sent from Canada.

Multiple attempts to reach out to no avail. Customer service doesn’t care. Really turned me off of Elvis the Ayylien too :( such a disappointment

They do not respond to emails and messages

As my second order from this company, I placed a big order back on the 26th of April. USPS sent it back to them because I didn’t put the apartment number. I reached out to them twice via email and on Instagram messenger for a replacement order or refund and haven’t gotten any responses. There’s no number to call these people either. This is extremely frustrating. If I don’t hear back within the next two days I’m going to call my bank

Decent clothes

Shame really ordered clothes 26th nov and 27th nov, dispatched quickly but no tracking for the clothes sent 26th but tracking for the two bundles dent 27th. Both 27th parcels came but not the one on 26th and still mo tracking. Been emailing customerservice since 7th dec as two from 27th had arrived but not the 26th. No reply from them nor the message on messenger i sent other day as no reply. Disappointing as clothes are good but im out of money as i haven't received my order or reply. UPDATE
Finally got a reply and a replacement was sent out a.s.a.p, just came today.

I ordered a shirt that didn’t fit and…

I ordered a shirt that didn’t fit and didn’t match the size chart so it was not my fault.

I wanted to return and am five minutes from their head office and was told I couldn’t drop it off and I had to ship it to that same address. I also had to pay to ship something I could literally have dropped off!

Just gave up and donated the piece but they lost a customer and I will never order from them again.

Garbage customer service and pretty rude too!

One of my favorite clothing brands

I love this brand! The designs are unique and incredible, and the shirts are shockingly high-quality. Better than a lot of shirts from big-name stores, even. Everything is true to size, and the shipping is quick. I don't really watch the owner's youtube channel often, but the shirts definitely stand on their own without it.
