Unfortunately mistakes do happen time to time in any business, the customer received the wrong item, when the customer called us about the situation we apologised as we had very low staff on that week due to some staff being on Covid shielding.
We explained to the customer to return the item back and we would send out the correct item as soon as we receive the mistaken item back which is a normal business procedure for any business. The customer was perfectly happy with the arrangement.
The mistake has been amended and the customer was sent out the correct item immediately upon receiving the item back.

I bought a jumper (£230) which was too…
I bought a jumper (£230) which was too small - so I returned it to swap for a bigger size and they insisted the item smelled of smoke and wouldn’t swap it - absolutely impossible - will not shop there again!! I also found the same item on another site £50 cheaper - wish I hadn’t bothered with them at all.
The jumper was tried on and put straight back into the packaging and didn’t smell of smoke or have hair on it as they suggested.

This customer purchased a stone island nit-wear sweater which we have been selling under RRP. The customer said she wanted to exchange the item for a bigger size which we was more than happy to do so, therefore, told the customer to send the item back and we would do accordingly.
Every time we receive an item back it goes through the inspection stage like any other clothing retailer. Upon unboxing the item the sweater smelled like full on heavy cigarette smoke also had long hair strands all over the sweater. This would mean we would not be able to resell the item to another customer as it has been classed as used condition because of the strong cigarette smoke and hair strands all over the sweater.
The customer instead wanted to but the blame on us by saying “the smoke must have come from your shop or someone who has handled the item.” However me personally the director opened this package and I am a non-smoker. We re-packed the item in fresh packaging out of good gesture and sent it back to the customer as special delivery which costed us another £11 which we did not complain about. What would we gain in not exchanging the item if the item was in good condition? Our first priority as a business is to build customer relationships, therefore, would expect customers to not take advantage.
We have already stated on our return policy that the item should be sent back in the same condition we have sent the item out which means not smell like perfume or smoke. I have put a link of our return policy below to refer back to.

Excellent service, even called me straight back when I couldn't get the Royal Mail tracking service to update. Will definitely be using them again, and have recommended them to all my friends and family
