Running false advertisement on website

Running false advertisement on website, spend $95 and get free pair of slippers. I spent $159.98, bought 2 pairs of boots within the time frame of the promo but there was no option on what size and color I’d like for my free slippers on the checkout page so I emailed the company’s customer service with a picture of size and color of the free slippers I’d like to get since I did spend over $95 and us entitled to that free gift. They emailed back saying they can’t do anything about it now since my order is in transit but here’s 15% off on future purchase. Never purchasing from this company again. Be weary of their false advertising and lack of customer service!

I ordered a jacket and has been delayed…

Awful. I ordered a jacket it has been delayed on delivery. When I used there tracking it was sent back to the company the day I was to receive. There’s suspicion that they intentionally sent unpaid postage or sent the wrong way. The package returned to their company, You never get merchandise but they keep and your money. I will be stopping payment at the bank first thing in the morning. Maybe filing a complaint with the attorney general of consumer protection will stop there theft by deception.

The boots appeared fine online until…

The boots appeared fine online until you get them in person and learn that they are prop 65 warning label and cause cancer and birth defects in women wearing the shoes. I deserve a refund they are warning not to wear the shoes after you get them in person. Also the shoes were not made well the soles were not strong as expected and the boot within the boot came out every time I put it on it was not a good idea to buy shoes from this brand, offended the name did not live up to the experience or expectations. They looked good got compliments but they were falling apart and made me worried if they were making me sick..

Awful

Awful! I would advise you not to buy from this business. I bought boots and when they arrived the size was too small so clearly not a proper size 8. I made contact and was advised by AI I should be able to access the portal to arrange a return. I was not able snd they AI system could not understand why and forwarded an email. After chasing a number of times which was eating into potential 30 day period to return them. I had an amazing disgraceful response and was advised I could not return them as it was international. It was a blunt and really unhelpful response given the price I paid and cost of items on the site. A truly terrible service.

One star is too many!!!

One star is too many. It took almost a whole MONTH to get my boots in the mail. Worst customer service I have EVER encountered. I would never buy from them again. I missed the opportunity to wear them for the event I bought the boots for, extremely pissed!!! And they were so F ing rude about it!!!

Spent £195 on 3 pairs of shoes inc of…

Spent £195 on 3 pairs of shoes inc of £74 international shipping. 2 pairs damaged one pair not in box. Contacted company and offered 15% discount on future purchases!! No replacement or refund. PayPal contacted and organised refund of £121 only if items returned meant I’d be out of pocket £74 international tracked shipping to actually receive £47 back which is about price of missing shoes!!! DO NOT BUY INTERNATIONALLY.

UPDATE: PayPal finally agreed to refund me the whole transaction of £195 which included the original shipping after escalating it with superiors at PayPal because I had shown all the photographic evidence. Thank goodness I paid via PayPal. I still however recommend that you DO NOT BUY INTERNATIONALLY as it really is not worth the hassle and it might not work out as well as it did for me. I had to spend a long time with PayPal on the phone trying to sort this mess out. Thank you PayPal in the end for understanding my issues.

The WORST EVER

The WORST EVER, do NOT buy anything from these people. Long story short, they send me a damaged shoe, and it is taking WEEKS to refund me my money after I returned the shoe to them. WORST customer service I ever had in my entire life. I would close them down if it were up to me. Save yourself a headache and do NOT buy anything from them PERIOD.

WOULD NOT RECTIFY THEIR MISTAKE

I first noticed this brand whilst browsing ASOS. Their styles were a bit different but they didn’t have my size in the boots I liked, so I checked out their website. I found what I wanted and started to check out but discovered they are based in the U.S.A, so the postage for my three items to the U.K. was £63. I decided to order them anyway, as they were in the sale, so still a fair price imo. When my order arrived, one of the pairs of boots was wrong. It was a completely different style and size. I emailed Azalea Wang with photos to ask them how to return and for them to send me the boots that I ordered. When they found out I was returning from the U.K. they didn’t send me return details and said they had issued me a refund of £18 for the boots that I had ordered as they were no longer in stock. They DID NOT offer me an alternative. I asked them to refund me the postage which I worked out would be £25 for one pair of boots (MORE THAN THE COST OF THE BOOTS ) by adding the other colour in the style I ordered, to my basket. They told me that they couldn’t refund me the whole amount as some was duties. I asked them why I had to pay for duties on a pair of boots that I DIDN’T ORDER, are the WRONG SIZE and I DON’T EVEN LIKE! They have not responded to my emails. I am now left with this pair of boots that I will have to go to the INCONVENIENCE of trying to recoup the money I have lost for THEIR ERROR. WHY SHOULD I BE OUT OF POCKET AZALEA WANG FOR YOUR MISTAKE!? I WILL NOT trust this company to order from them again even though I liked their products.

Please do not order from this company!!!
I placed an order almost a month ago and it never arrived, it didnt even leave the warehouse apparently (on the tracking app) and iv tried contacting them through email and social media and they have never responded they just ignore you, i believe this company is a complete scam and i am now in the process of reporting them and taking legal action!!

My order never arrived.

I placed an order on their website on Sunday October 6th. After a week of no shipping update, I emailed the merchant twice for an update. They finally sent me a tracking number after 13 days. I’ve been watching the tracking number every day and it has never moved. The tracking company isn’t providing updated on the whereabouts of my package.
I have read many reviews on Instagram of customers not receiving their order at all.
Now I will open a claim with my credit card, as I believe this is a FRAUD COMPANY. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

STAY CLEAR !!

STAY CLEAR !!! Absolute joke of a company. Ordered shoes from US to the UK, 3 weeks on the courier haven’t received the shoes & azalea wang advised they was lost in transit. LIE!!!!! They didn’t even get passed to the courier. Scam artists 😡😡😡😡😡 now had to go through the bank to get my money back , as they are completely ignoring my emails, dm’s , comments! Stay well clear. You won’t receive your shoes or your money.

Fraud fraud fraud!! This company has been hitting my 80 year old mothers cc for months-we have been continuously disputing the transactions. They do not protect your cc info-do not buy from this co.

Terrible company to buy from

Terrible company to buy from. I ordered some shoes on the 2nd January 2024. I never received them, after chasing a few times I was told the shoes have been lost in transit. I was told I would get a refund, I still have not received a refund. Still waiting for £118 to be refunded to my card. Absolutely terrible
Company. I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. 1 star is even too many for them. Extremely disgruntled customer 🤬
