Product was good but I had to return…
Product was good but I had to return them as they didn’t work well in my cabinet at my hair salon. I received an email stating that my refund will be $40! My original order was $164 plus I paid $70 in return fees. One of the trays was cracked (I understand not getting refund on that one) but they said there was hair in the trays so they will not refund for those. I OWN A HAIR SALON! THERE IS HAIR EVERYWHERE and no way to avoid it! These trays were not used, they were actually shipped back the day after I received them! This company is a rip off! Absolutely horrible!

We are sorry for your experience. When you first contacted us about returning, you mentioned that the trays didnt fit your needs but you threw out the small boxes they came in and only had the shipping box. They were packed back in the shipping box and shipped back to us with not much protection and we received 12 out of the 20 acrylic trays cracked, scratched, and with hair in them. Our returns department took pictures of the damaged trays. They are unable to be put back in stock and re-sell. Our policy for returns is to receive the merchandise back unused and in original packaging as well as not damaged. We have been in business since 1975 and offer 5 star customer service as well as quality products. We apologize that your experience did not meet these expectations.

The delivery was very fast
The delivery was very fast. The stand however sways back and forth if weight isn’t distributed evenly with products. The slightest touch and it tilts this way and that.

Thank you for your review. It sounds like the pole was not inserted correctly into the base. The tower should not sway, it is very stable when the pole is inserted and locked into the base. Please feel free to contact customer service and we can assist with assembly instructions so your display will be perfect!

Returns
I have generally been happy with your company and products but.....I am disappointed with your return policy. It is not clearly stated at time of purchase. I recently made a purchase which will not work for my retail location. I searched your website for returns and was very shocked that will lose money on a restocking fees (plus return shipping fees).

The staff of Azar Displays were amazing from the very first phone call! I reached Irina Itkin asking to change the order I had just placed. She was quick to find a solution and very helpful. The order was quickly delivered, and when I had a question on one of the items, Irina was again very helpful finding a solution. Each time we spoke she was friendly and helpful, and resolved everything to perfection. We are very pleased with the product, and the customer service was OUTSTANDING!!!
