Terrible service and scam!

On December 19, I ordered a product. The esitmated delivary was on December 27, but nothing arrived. On January 1st wrote to the company who sold the product and they informed that the package is lost and they offered a refund. I agreed and since then I haven't received a refund and now they are ignoring me. They promised to issue a refund within 3-7 days, but it's been 2 months already.

The company is FRAUD and is stealing money.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. MediaMarkt purchase from their website 17/11/24. An external hard drive 2G. 76 Euros. Company affiliated with MediaMarkt which was in Belgium. I sent a what app on the 19/12/24 after a month of so many emails of what they were going to do...The Belgian Company did not add any tracking to the delivery company DPD. Aztec said that the parcel was handed over on the 27/11/24 then azateq said that it would "normally be delivered no later than the 13/12/24. I sent a whatsapp message the next day 20/12/24. Azateq received no response from DPD the delivery company. Azateq then offered UPS to deliver between 24/12/24 and the 27/12/24. Nothing happened. Azateq offered me a 10% discount for the inconvenience which I declined. This was not delivered by UPS by the 27/12/24.I contacted Azateq again on the 29/12/24 saying that MediaMarkt sent me an email asking how the transaction went? I told them exactly how it was going. MediaMarkt said that they could not publish my opinion due to company policy??? Then on the same day the 29/12/24 Azateq said that they have received a delay on a delivery from another supplier Western Digital...Azateq said that delivery would be 30/12/24 to the 03/01/25. 08/01/25 I sent another WhatsApp message for an update. They did not respond. The Next day on the 09/01/25 I said that I was cancelling the transaction. I was suddenly told that a Western Digital delivery would be coming to them on the 14/01/25-14/01/25- The parcel never arrived on the Friday 10/01/25 and I waited in all day. This 27/01/24 I ordered them to deliver within 24 hours or I would cancel the transaction. They did not respond. I visited my bank today, Caixabank and spoke with my bank manager Ramon and he has started the process to refund this. It will also be logged with the office of consumerism in Tarragona. All in all I dealt with MediaMarkt, Azateq, DPD, UPS, World Digital (WD), MediaMarkt emailing me asking me how the transaction went...??? which as I stated above they could not publish my freedom of speech which their company policy goes against free speech rights...This is the first and last time that I am using mediaMarkt. STAY AWAY FROM MEDIAMARKT, AZATEQ ETC. UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAS OTHER SUBSIDERY COMPANIES CONNECTED TO THEM THAT ALSO DO NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN A SUCCESSFUL COMPANY BUSINESS. A JOKE FROM START TO FINISH. BUYERS BEWARE AND SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE PEOPLE...
