I accidentally returned two sizes of a dress I ordered, when I meant to return only one. While the happy returns third party distributor was no help at all, Azazie’s customer support team were extremely communicative and helpful. They gave me a direct contact, Vriran, and they were able to check in and help me figure out how to get my refund for the mistakenly returned dress. Despite the issue being stressful, the customer support I received was top tier and I would recommend ordering on Azazie.

I have just purchased the most beautiful dress from Azazie, a blush pink kioni dress, I couldn't be happier, it's absolutely stunning, I was very nervous as some reviews were negative, I rate the dress 10/10. I ordered the dress 28th march and it was delivered today 16th April. I am one extremely happy customer 😊
Awful customer service
I purchased 7 different in the sale, of which 3 had to be returned. I wasn’t aware that sale dresses were non refundable however as per UK consumer rights, I was entitled to a refund. Customer service was really good at this point and said if I returned dresses by a certain date they’d issue a refund. I did this and updated the Klarna info with tracking information.
The refund hadn’t been processed some 20 days post return and Klarna raised a charge back.
I’ve since received an email from this company telling me I can’t order anything from them in the future!!
Given this response I certainly won’t be if this is how they treat customers!
In terms of the dresses - sizes are terrible so you need to measure up but to £9.90 a dress they were good quality, very long and had some marks on them.

Don’t rely on them one bit. I order my dress over a month ago. Anywho dress is still not here and there is no one to get in contact with anyone. So before you buy I suggest making sure you got plenty of time cause this is ridiculous

UPDATE: Non existent customer service/communication
In regards to my previous review I left 2 days ago, they've been attempting to charge me daily for the past 4 days without any communication whatsoever for the try-on dresses that I have returned in full and provided them proof of at their request. I have responded to their original email 4 times, started a new email thread 2 days ago, tried their chat 2 days ago as well as yesterday, their chat seems to reset after so long. It has been radio silent. I see that whoever is replying to the reviews on here can seem to solve other's problems but not mine, feels like they're just intentionally ignoring this problem. Major red flag feels very much like a scam! Please people save yourselves the money, time and headache, please shop literally anywhere else!

Ordered a dress for my daughter.. wrong material.. I needed chiffon not silk. Got a label sent to me and was to make the correct quickly! Customer service via chat was great!

Beautiful dresses if you have the time to wait for them
I placed an order for nearly £400.00 for three dresses for my daughters wedding and two Junior dresses arrived in someone elses name!! They clearly mixed up the orders and sent me someone elses. A bit like everyone else, I have emailed Customer Service many times with no response for almost a week.
When I finally heard back it didn't take too long to resolve the issue and get my refund.
Just a pity that with the long delivery time it was too late to re-order!

I purchased 5 dresses for over $1300 over a month ago. I have only received one. I continue to email only to receive an automated message that my email will be answered in the order received (that was a week ago). I want my money back at this point and can not reach anyone via the company!

I've seen dozens of bad reviews regarding customer support/ shipping. But i decided to gamble anyways. Me and my boyfriend purchased a suit and even paid for expedited shipping. The item has not been shipped for weeks and now we will completely miss the delivery time. We are off to another country for a wedding and now he does not have a suit. We CONTINUOUSLY reached out to customer support only to hear nothing back, and even urged them to let us know if they're running late, so we can purchase a back up. They have the worst customer support, it's not worth the affordable cost of their suits. Just dont gamble with this company, it's a complete waste of time.

TERRIBLE customer service
TERRIBLE customer service. Or better non-existent customer service. I placed an order and paid for express delivery weeks ago yet it's already five days past the latest delivery date and the order hasn't even been sent out. I no longer need the order and have tried to contact their customer service multiple times through various channels - mutliple emails, multiple attempts to get connected to an agent through their online chat, phone calls over many days but am getting absolutely zero response. I will be travelling now and unable to receive my order now and therefore unable to return it. Unbelievable.

Had the most amazing experience with the Azazie customer service! they truly did everything in their power to help me to get the dress for my friend's wedding and everything worked out perfectly!
I bought two fitted dresses
I bought two fitted dresses. However they didn't fit nicely. One was very loose and I have to get it altered. the other dress had a very small bra cup size and I cannot use it at all, it simply looks so weird. I reported this a week ago but I haven't received any answer. 😕

Shocking company
Shocking company. Was sent a dress that should be a UK16 wouldn't even go near my daughter who is normally a UK14 went bigger as wasn't sure how the fit would be. Tried it on my 12yr old daughter who is in a size 6/8 woman's size it fit her perfectly. When we measured the bust size it is not the same measurements that are on the the label it is measuring more at a UK10/12, contacted customer services still waiting on a response. Even though the dress is still available on the website to purchase it is saying we can't refund it as it was in the sale.
Pop Up Event
Went to an Azazie pop up in Birmingham with my friends. For a brand that wants to seem plus size friendly, they only had 2 dresses that were actually plus size appropriate to try on in sizes above 20. The other dresses above size 20 had no support, weren’t wearable with a bra etc. They need some organisers for these events who know what dresses suit plus sized bodies.
We were able to try on some dresses to decide what size we needed, but the styles were so limited in plus sizes that we still have no idea what styles we want to go with.
A lot of the dresses that appear plus size friendly, aren’t wearable with a bra.
