I am extremely disappointed with your customer service. I received a damaged dress even though I paid a higher price for it. I reported the issue, but I did not receive any refund, credit, or even a partial refund. This is very unfair to customers who spend their money expecting good quality products and proper support.

Because of this experience, I am very dissatisfied and would not recommend your service to others. I hope you will take this issue seriously and resolve it properly.

I had an Azazie return and UPS did not scan it so the refund did not go through. Azazie opened a case and ended up refunding in full. They were great to work with! My items arrived quickly.

Solid customer service. The bots are no help, but as soon as an agent chimed in she resolved my issue right away.

In December, I ordered the Aurelie dress for my wedding in April. It’s a beautiful dress but slightly too big in the bodice. When I took it in to be altered, the zipper broke. It zipped all the way up, but opened up in the middle. I contacted Azazie and Dave helped me come up with a solution, as my wedding is 5 weeks away. Dave went above and beyond to make this right! My dress will be ready in plenty of time for our wedding. I tried on so many dresses and I feel beautiful in this one. We also ordered my fiancé’s suit From Azazie and we’re very happy with it as well. It’s looks great and was very affordable.

Today I had to call customer service because I returned the wrong dress for a return of a try on dress. Because of this, I was not able to return other dresses because of how the receipt was set up. It was totally my mistake and I was concerned about the return window.
I was so happy to get excellent support!!
I called and Jhy took very good care of me, she listened to my situation and assured me that she would help and also ensure that I wasn’t charged out of the window for returns! She was great! I recommend Azazie customer support highly!!

The customer service truly made a difference. When I reached out with questions about sizing and the try-on process, I received a very personal and detailed response that clearly explained everything. The team was incredibly responsive and helpful, which made the whole process feel simple and stress-free. It made choosing a dress so much easier.

The experience with Azazie was amazing.
I tried 4 dresses through the try on at home process they offer. The dresses were absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! fell in love with 1 that was too big for me so I returned it. When I went to purchase my correct size the dress was discontinued.

I worked with Jayson in the chat that forwarded the account to a representative named Eve that communicated with me the whole time trying to ensure I could get my dress back.

I am happy ti say I am getting the dress I ABSOLUTELY ❤️.

I have had nothing but the best experience with Azazie! From try-on dresses to returns to deliveries, they've been wonderful. On-time and friendly, affordable, really easy-peasy! And I LOVE the variety of dresses available and the different materials/colors offered, way better than other online bridal shops. Also had the pleasure of visiting their store in LA and that was equally impressive. They treated me like a queen, super helpful with picking out styles and finding my size and even suggestions for ordering online. From A to Z, they were perfect! Would definitely recommend them and would be my first (and only) choice should I ever be part of a wedding in the future. Thanks to Alessandra in Customer Service as well :)

Was able to order dresses for try on and return them with no problem. The return was easy!

I ordered 2 dresses from here as potential wedding dresses. I waited a while for them to arrive (slightly longer than expected, but not too long). When they did eventually arrive, they were of great quality and finish, and packaged really nicely.
Sadly, they were not the right fit- however, I'd have been very happy with them if they had considering the affordable price point.
I had a concern with my refund and contacted customer services, who were quick to respond, really helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to help resolve my issue. I will definitely be using Azazie in the future, and recommend to anyone who's nervous about trying them.

My package got lost in the mail, but Lesley was excellent and helped me make sure I was all set. Their customer service was easy, efficient, understanding, and accomodating. Highly impressed!

Very impressed with the Azazie gowns and team.

The garments I ordered arrived well before the designated time frame. One was a 4 week wait and it was made to order and delivered to my door earlier.

The garments themselves are amazing quality. Their crepe material is a particular favourite of mine. It’s very sliming and flattering on.

The customer service team were amazing with all the enquiries I had responding to me promptly and are just over all lovely people.

I will definitely be ordering from Azazie again for future events

I ordered three bridesmaids dresses, one of which was due to arrive within a few days, but the others weren't due for about 4 weeks. I quickly realised that due to the 15 day returns policy in the UK, the returns window on the first dress would expire before the other two arrived. Whilst the first dress was stunning, I'd naturally prefer to be able to compare all three.

I reached out to the chat, which gave some generic AI responses (useful for information, but not in my case). I then reached out to the customer support team, and received a response from Alessandra who quickly sorted out an extension to the returns window for the first dress, which I'm very appreciative of.

I’m typically not moved to write reviews but want to express how impressed I am with Azazie customer support, as well as with the dress I just purchased for my daughter’s wedding. After looking at a couple of dress sites, Azazie clearly has the most beautiful and tasteful dresses for both bridesmaids and mothers of the bride or groom. I used the Azazie Home Try-On option; it’s $10 to try on and 15% off if you decided to keep the dress. It was super helpful to ensure that the dress fits well. The fit is remarkably consistent with the measurements in the Sizing Guide—not always the case with all clothing retailers! When I had concerns about pricing resulting from a sale subsequent to my Home Try-On order, I reached out to Azazie customer support. I’m impressed by the personable service and follow up communications I received. Let me not forget to add that the Azazie dress I purchased is top quality; fully lined with a beautiful sturdy lace back, built in bra and boning through the bodice. My husband loved the dress the moment he saw it.

Ordered multiple bridesmaids' dresses from them and eventually used them for my wedding dress. Easy to return dresses that don't fit well. Customer service is helpful as well!
