Honestly, i would not use this platform if i didn't have to. The customer support service is none existant, their telegram support does not do anything ( only tells you to contact support.azbit.com), they literally withhold your own money and funds/ take them out of you Azbit wallet when you withdraw them, WITHOUT giving you ANY form of TxID/ transaction registration receipt, You ONLY have a screenshot of their 'PROCESSING' message, which could sit that way for days on end, without completion. So while you wait for a miracle from God to be able to get YOUR own money into your OWN wallet, they have a good laugh watching you send email after email for days without responding to them. Great company hey!

All the hallmarks of a scam company. Maybe some rogue IT kids have made it. It's a shame coinmarketcap is displaying them somewhere and fell in their trap. It's a shame this exchange is still up. STAY AWAY!!!

I haven't been able to withdraw my money for three days now and support isn't responding.

Azbit has been holding my 2247 USDT for over 3 months. My KYC is fully verified and complete. Despite sending emails daily for 90+ days, support team never responds. When I raised my complaint publicly on their official Telegram group, they immediately banned me from the group. This is completely unacceptable and fraudulent behavior. I have now filed a complaint with Indian Cyber Crime authorities. Stay away from this exchange.

I thought this was an exchange that operates quickly and efficiently and values its clients. And, in principle, that was the case… Until I pressed the "WITHDRAWAL" button. I requested a withdrawal of a mere 148 USDT, which I had deposited here specifically to test the exchange before handling larger sums. It has already been two or three hours; in my account, the status shows "PROCESSING", and it states that the coins have allegedly left the exchange and that I should contact the support team of the recipient wallet. However, there is no transaction record for the coins on the blockchain, and no TXID is provided either.

Registration has been fully completed in accordance with all the exchange's rules. KYC has been passed, and all documents have been submitted in the proper format. The account has been verified.

It is very disappointing that such a promising and heavily promoted exchange turned out to be like this…

The cost of reputation = 148 USDT.

P.S.: It never even crossed my mind that this could be a scam until my messages with questions about the withdrawal processing time started being deleted from the Telegram chat and redirected to "support" via email, which is non-functional and unresponsive.

I would be happy to revise my review and rating if my 148 USDT, which were supposedly withdrawn from the Azbit exchange, actually arrive in my wallet. However, working with this exchange on larger amounts now feels a bit unnerving…

I have traded RYO to USDT on Azbit.com for several months. Tested USDT withdrawal and everything was fine until Azbit just deleted RYO trading pairs and wiped all my RYO assets!
I've tried to contact their official support by email (mentioned on Azbit.com) on Feb 25 2026 -- still no reply after about a month.
Tried to contact a support in official Telegram group mentioned on Azbit.com. Absolutely no help! All I get is messages like "Please wait", "Please be patient" and so on. It is clear that "support" just does not exists.
They also told me that RYO team should contact Azbit team to resolve an issue. I guess this is not my business to establish a communication between RYO team and Azbit. But still I have contacted RYO team and as they said Azbit team does not respond to them either!
And now my questions about my RYO assets in Azbit support Telegram group are just getting deleted!
Looks like RYO assets are just stolen by Azbit employee and their decided to do nothing. Just deleted RYO trading pairs as well as all users RYO assets.
No official announcements, no nothing.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. My experience with Azbit has been nothing short of a nightmare. They have kept P2PS token deposits and withdrawals suspended for an absurd amount of time, without providing any real explanation, timeline, or official update. This kind of behavior from a platform that holds users’ funds is shocking and completely unprofessional.

What makes it worse is the total lack of transparency. They keep repeating the same vague message and refuse to give a clear reason or date for reopening withdrawals. As a user, I trusted this platform with my money, and Azbit has shown zero responsibility, zero communication, and zero professionalism.

Their support is slow, unhelpful, and refuses to provide any real explanation. Instead of fixing the issue, they keep dragging it without giving any commitment.
No responsible exchange treats its customers like this.

When an exchange blocks both deposits and withdrawals for weeks or months without warning, without updates, and without accountability, it raises serious concerns about its operations.
Users funds should never be kept hostage like this.

I strongly advise everyone to avoid this exchange until they fix this issue and prove that they can operate with basic honesty and reliability. Right now, Azbit has completely lost my trust.

Azbit.site is full of "Pretending Investors" This is my 4th Update because I have still not heard from their Customer Service concerning my Assets withdrawal request.
Why do I say there are Pretending Investors on this investment platform? It is simply because when you register and begin to trade on this platform, you will meet fellow traders on line, all pretending to be winning and withdrawing huge profits every weekend for going on holidays, buying a new car, a new house or what have you. Mind you, they are all fake. This is to make you believe that after investing and winning profit, you too can withdraw it,but alas, that is a subtle trap. Mind you you can NEVER and I mean NEVER withdraw a dime from them.
Let me make it clear to you that all those Reviews with 5 stars are all from their scammer Investors they have trained as decoys to subtly convince unsuspecting and naive traders to believe that they are real and genuine. BUT THEY ARE NOT.
Thirdly, they don't have real office buildings or addresses and Telephone numbers. Their addresses and Telephone numbers are virtual. And this is the danger that makes it impossible to trace them.
On one occasion I detected that the female assistant Analyst who had been attending to me all the time was actually a male when I checked the Whatsapp profile picture details.
I am actually sad and disappointed that the Regulatory bodies in charge of registration and control of these False Investment Platforms look on either unconcerned or helpless to these evil sites while they actually murder unsuspecting Investors on line . The reason I am saying this is that it's not all people who go through such harrowing experiences who survive the shock of the robbery. Please Regulatory Authority, for God's sake do something about it. Thank you.

This is absolutely scam .
Several people in the telegram account are their employees and convince traders that they can withdraw their money. It’s absolutely lie. After taking all money from me these people sent me a message : Game is over !!! I lost all my money paying gas fees, late fees, margin fees, hoping that I can withdraw my balance !!! They texted me that they are from India, Mumbai and nobody could catch them and have money returned.

This exchange is open game for all scammer. I got scammed in their platform and got no help.
They take all scam project list them and scammer get people to buy their coin with fake promis and that is scam.

100% non intuive useless fake wallet? wierd authentification security 5 times denied, deposit tokens never arived azbit wallet adress was right but tokens burned or stolen IDK ..suport window useless and not working, buy and sell also not working frustration is these company brand, i use apple ios and safari and private mail to avoid company spam mails... companys like this is why lol

I've been waiting more than a month for my deposit to be credited. I've deposited the exact same way several times before and it was credited, but this last time it was not. The explorer proves it was sent correctly too. I've contacted them 3 different times about it and so far I've been ignored. I'm tired of waiting and tired of being ignored!

Dear all,please don't invest your hard earned money into this trap.They are real fraud. Once you join with their 1v1 trading plan,you will never be able to withdraw your money. Everyday they will ask you to pay the analyst fee without releasing our profit. They cheated me saying that they will give huge profit with in 7 days.

It's a scam! They say they have been around since 2018, but there was no website until 2024 check out the internet archive.

Its a fake platform..here they will take huge commissions and then when u have to withdraw the money they will freeze your amount in the name of KYC.Its a big scammer.I lost my lakhs of rupees in this.please be aware of it.

Not because I messed up the chips. Your system had and now has only ATC! ATC2 was not and is not being talked about now. You yourself have misled people by labeling ATC. For a long time it was impossible to reach you. When I managed to contact you and you returned the funds, but the spoons were already in the afternoon... The funds did not reach the addressee because the pinging address changed after the update...
I have no complaints against you - you have done your part.
