I attempted to get in touch with this firm's customer service section. All I got was an endless loop of A I that would not connect me with a live representative.
AI is being abused by BCBS and many other companies to avoid speaking directly with customers. Federal laws are necessary to assure that this does not continue and that all calls can be routed to a live customer service representative.
