Item was well packaged, It was a car part so It was strong enough to be packaged into a cardboard without any protective Bubble or anything.

Problem was the tracking info, they send their packages with their contact info, mine was lost due to a missed delivery and since they couldnt contact me they dropped It at a shorting center.

I had to go through a lot of hoops to find their contact info used on the package to log into the delivery company system and schedule a new delivery, asked them several times to help me out since i couldnt login with my contact info and they went radio silent.

They also removed my review on Google reviews, trying to bury an opinion instead of trying to improve tells you a lot about the kind of people that work in aze-tuning.

Do not order from AZE-Tuning! I've made and order, did the payment, and then nothing, the seller stopped responding to emails as soon as the payment was fulfulled

They were precise in delivery and fast (a few days to get the shock absorbers to Italy); very affordable price

I ordered 1 x Friedrich Motorsport 63.5 mm Downpipe mit HJS Sport-Kat. Audi A6 4F Quattro on the 16th of January, paid the same day, on the 20th of January I was told that will be delivered the same week. On the 24th of January I was told the supplier needs two more weeks. Those weeks have passed and here I am 27 day later with no exact delivery date even if the site states that products are in stock and delivery in 10-12 working days.
I hope I will not get a worse surprise when I will finally get my delivery...in future (unknown)

WARNING :: I have purchased items for 549EUR + shipping.
When I receive the package. Haved Aze sent a package of wires instead of a complete sound system.
Aze begs me to contact Etienne with pictures of the fail delevery that was provided.
Aze does not return to my mails.
And then I have to send them mails for answers up to several times before they reply. They begs me to send pictures and documentation again, again and again.
this documentation extends over about 8 days where they repeatedly get the same pictures and order numbers
As they find out they have sent the wrong items they want me to pay return shipping of 54EUR before they will ship my ordered items !!!
I will contact David / Etienne again for sending my goods with a return label from Denmark.
Theese mails do Aze chooses to ignore and therefore asks me to send a small box of wires back before they will ship my goods im missing.
This whole period has been running since Sep 21, 2019 and they will still not ship products or reply to my emails about a solution.
I WANT TO WARN EVERYONE TO TRADE IN THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!

I bought a suspension kit which arrived after a couple of weeks. I saw that two dampers were different, and sent an email to Aze - no answer. One more, no answer. It took me a loong time to get an answer. Finally Etienne tells me that there is no problem, eventhough I showed Aze pictures of the difference.
I think to my self, what the hell. Now I have been waiting 5 weeks since I ordered, let's get going.
Now the car is lowered. It was supposed to lower 40/25, but the rear is much lower than the front, which I have told Aze, but no answers.

I cannot recommend Aze-tuning to anyone! If people want a good service, buy parts somewhere else. Pay a little more and get your stuff in time - the right stuff! ;-)

First of all almost 3 weeks before my stuff got delivered, so if you are looking for a quick shipping this is not where you would like to buy anything, when I made my order, for some lowering springs and spacers, I ordered springs for a car that was heavier than 1101 kg, the next day I find out that my car only is 1005 and 1020 kg axel load so I send an email to the company and ask if they can change it to the springs for under 1101 kg car, I then get an answer back that everything is fine and the springs I have ordered is okay for my car, so no problem I think, some days later I call the company because I haven’t received any shipping email from them yet, and once again I ask them if they are sure that the springs are going to fit, they say yes again and tells me that it’s going to be shipped in a couple of days, 3-4 day later I call again, then I get the answer that it’s going to be shipped next day and 2 days later they then send it, when I finally receive the stuff I get a mechanic to install the springs and spacers and it says in the description for the spacers that longer bolts will follow the package and there is some bolts but just not long enough so he cannot install the spacers and when he then lowers the car it hasn’t even been lowered anything because of the springs that I was told by the company was going to be the right once’s, aren’t the right springs, so I email the company and tell them the info and the say that they cannot take back the springs because they have been fitted on the car and the spacers they won’t even send the right bolts to me so I have to pay another 80 € for bolts long enough and I now have and car that i have payed around 450 € to get lowered that hasn’t even been lowered because of this company
