The staff are really helpful, and pay is always on time. I really appreciate prompt responses to queries and the access to various CPD courses a lot.

Very good company to work with all staff is very helpful

1. I was contacted by a teaching agency to work temporarily at a school and later found out that AZEBRA (described as an 'umbrella company') would be paying me - not the teaching agency
2. Try to find out from the school you're working at how much an umbrella company would be charging the school in comparison to what the umbrella company would be paying you - you'd be amazed
3. AZEBRA did the following things:
a) Despite working to an agreed daily wage from the start of the contract, ongoing for several weeks, AZEBRA suddenly, without notice and never informing me, reduced the daily rate.
Only when I challenged them about it, having spotted it by forensically going through my pay slips did they agree to reinstate the money
b)AZEBRA stated on a payslip that I earned double an amount of money, when in fact I only earned a single amount. This has impacted my reported earnings to HMRC and has led to what I would describe as a reduced payout from AZEBRA. When challenged about this AZEBRA have still refused to explain themselves or correct the error as of July 21st
c) AZEBRA mandated that I should use CREDAS as part of my registering with AZEBRA at the start of my contract. In uploading CREDAS software to my phone it stole/erased a whole folder on my phone in which I was storing personal identity documents.
I reported the loss of such documents on my phone to both CREDAS and AZEBRA who denied the possibility that anything could have gone wrong

AZebra staff are so special. As soon as you ask for any help they get back quickly.
Their courses instructions are very clear to understand. I advise who ever wishes to do any courses for hobbies, for professional development AZebra is the answer.

Such a great platform, very clear payslips. But the best is the use of the training courses, very easily accessible & clear, concise information.

My experience had been amazing so far, especially with the free training provided and the prompt payment time. I also enjoy good customer care, as the responses are professional and helpful. Although, I have little irregularities in my salaries which I am yet to clarify properly, which I plan to clarify soon.

Brilliant access to loads of free courses, courses that are actually recognised too, some of these courses you pay £15/£30 each but with these guys they are free

Spoke to someone today (12:30, 20.05.2025) who contacted me to discuss my payslip and explain the deductions.

I was proffessional and asked reasonable questions but the woman I spoke to was abrupt and aggressive from the first second.

I was taken by surprise by this, as well as her impatient tone and sighing.

I asked her to be polite but she continued being confrontational.

I was clear about the deductions in my pay at the end of the call but the call was a shocking experience.

Excellent support and communication very well.

They answer very quickly and try yo help.
