Liars, Thieves fraudulent….clothes not fit for wearing probably use staff that are well underpaid and not treated well.
Bought an item delivered in a June. When I received it VERY poor quality material and I couldn’t even get my head through the top. Emailed sailing I wanted a refund and despite chasing then and sending pictures at their request they effectively blamed me for it ! Refused a refund and expected me to spend nearly £10 returning it.
If you want to throw away your money go ahead…. Typical Chinese crap!!!!

Scam Same as everyone else I never received anything product at all. And they never responded to my follow up emails. This lasted over four months.

I placed an order with Azriya over 5 weeks ago and continue to await the arrival of my goods. They provide an email for you to contact their customer service, however, you never receive a response!! Avoid ordering from this company as it is a SCAM.

So disappointed with quality and incorrect description of the product - thought I was buying lovely long jumpers and cardigans of quality as they looked fabulous on Facebook!! So £70 later (paid by Paypal as that was the only option on the site) I am advised by the company "Dear Customer，
I'm very sorry that the item did not satisfy you. And you you cannot expect the pictures to match the goods (even when one of the items sent was incorrect)
If you insist on returning the goods, you need to pay the shipping costs and possible customs duties. Are you sure you want to return it?
We have a suggestion that I can refund part of the amount to you so that you can keep the items.
What is the amount you can accept?
Looking forward to your reply!"
They know that PayPal need a proof of return and that costs another lot of cash to send them back making it not worth it - they are now in the Bin! Also they are not Long they are short - this is a Chinese Scam!

Same problem, cheap clothing at a high price and wrong sizes sent, now lets see how the credit card companies deal with these type of scammers

Terrible quality clothes and not at all like the pictures when they arrive. I ordered 6 items all of them jumpers - which all looked really nice in the photos. Only 1 was even actually a jumper the rest cheap jersey or shiny polyester. Given each item was over £30 it was terrible value. Do not be fooled!!

I ordered items just before Dec 2020. 2 weeks later they had not arrived. I therefore contacted their customer service. Had a prompt response.

Was told an item was out of stock. Kept pressurising me to accept another item. I kept saying no. And asked to just refund what was out of stock.

Their web site states that you will be charged if they had sent the order out. They had not. So, I asked to cancel my order completely when they dragged their feet for 1 week. They would not accept this and wanted 25% of the money I payed for the order.

One month later after a lot of chasing, they sent out items in all the wrong sizes. Kept asking for photos and measurements etc. So I sent them, then they said you cannot compare the size to other brands. I ordered bigger than what their size chart says for UK sizes. The items have no labels and are of poor quality!

They won't abide by their own Returns Policy. They will do everything NOT to give my money back. Be careful of this company. They are refusing to send out a returns address or label for the goods. They send the items from Germany and have a UK address too but they want you to return the goods to China if you are successful getting a refund. More bad reviews on facebook. Unfortunately these people ordered around the same time as me. All bar 2-3 got stung. If you are a size 6-10 UK. No worries. Their xxl is a size 10.
