I ended up having to pay 115 Euro in import taxes to France from the UK, which was nearly 50% of the price of my order. I was really shocked at this and don't recall seeing a notice that this could be a tax price I would have to pay. Pretty upset by this lack of transparency on the price inclusion for shipment to European countries.

I set an alarm on my phone for AD’s Black Friday sale. I had been strategizing since they announced the sale, and in my excitement, I forgot to add the gift wrap option, which I knew my 12 year old daughter would love. I sent a quick email to customer service on the off-chance that they could add it to my order. Within MINUTES they replied and sent me an invoice! You guys literally saved Christmas! Thank you so much! Not only will I be back for the stylish, quality riding clothes and accessories, but knowing there is a real person willing to answer my questions/address issues puts me at ease!

I discovered this brand at Horse of The Year Show. I was so impressed with the customer service and quality of the products. I am a huge fan of the leisure wear and will be investing in some of the newer range very soon! I also can’t wait for the Black Friday deals. My new favourite equestrian brand!

I’ve been a long time customer of AD (over 7 years) and I just
wanted to say the quality of your pieces are second to none. Over
the past few years I’ve not reached for any other brand first,
whether I’m riding, hiking or even going to the gym. I’ve not
found any other tops or base layers that are as sweat wicking and
high quality, I go to the gym 6 days a week and never fail to be
dripping with sweat yet my AD tops show NOTHING not even slight
discolouration or wet patches. I don’t usually reach out to
brands but I’ve been so impressed by the quality I feel obliged
to. The sculpting, comfort and pure durability of your products
is incredible! I get compliments nearly every day (especially on
the sleeveless base layers from a couple years ago!!!)

Bought some gift vouchers to give as a gift....easy to purchase on the site and they arrived promptly in lovely packaging..

I used to love their stuff but recently I’ve been really disappointed 😞 the old leggings were great but I bought a few pairs of the new ones and they don’t wash well at all.
The navy pair still smell after deep cleaning and using antibacterial cleansers and all the tricks, I think they’re just not a good quality polyester as I’ve never had this with any other pair of leggings.
The customer service is also questionable, a black pair I ordered had loose threads everywhere and the seem looked like it was coming apart so they told me to send them back to them. Then with no response they just returned them back to me! I contacted and they said there was nothing wrong with them and were quite rude about it, so clearly the poor quality is what they expect which I was a bit shocked at.
I won’t be buying any more, the quality just isn’t there and they don’t wash well at all even the black pairs require a deep cleaning after every wear (rather than a normal wash).

Recently bought a coat , base layer and trousers . Fit was amazing and service brilliant . Clothes are warm and comfortable

Bought from Aztec diamond for the first time last week, and had a discount code that wasn’t working on my order. After placing the order I emailed the customer service team, not expecting a response until it was likely my order had already been delivered. I was so surprised to receive my order with a pair of free socks (what the code was for) only a day after contacting them. Amazing customer service, so efficient and of course I am obsessed with the quality of the leggings. I can’t wait to order from Aztec diamond again and have already recommended to my friends. These are now my favourite pair of riding leggings and I don’t want to wear anything else!

I have followed AD on Instagram for some time now and love all their designs. I wear active wear most days but really wanted some new items which were better quality & design than the usual sports brands.

I placed my first order a couple of weeks ago and I am in love with all of my new pieces! First impressions when I opened my parcel: I was so impressed with the thought and care that had gone into packaging each item (I have actually used the individual bags for packing my daughters suitcase when we went on holiday instead of buying new travel bags).
The core leggings are so comfortable, stylish and honestly just stunning, my new favourite gym legging! I also bought a gilet, socks, a black mesh jacket (which I adore) and a jacket for my little girl which is absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable!
Delivery came promptly and communication throughout the buying process has been fantastic. I couldn’t recommend AD enough and I can’t wait to place another order! I need the core leggings in every colour!

Great service, extremely quick in delivering my purchase. This is the second long sleeve base layer I have purchased. They fit extremely well and I love the feel of the material.

WOW, what can I say! Fantastic quality equestrian clothing! The breeches are super soft and look so flattering with a wide waist band, the colour is lovely, the pockets are fab with grips inside so car fob, phone etc don't fall out. The core tops are beautifully soft and flattering. The turnaround time was fantastic, I ordered a number of items, they were dispatched the following morning and then arrived a day later. I wore my new breeches riding at the weekend and event got compliments on them. I am SO glad I found Aztec Diamond and will be placing more orders in the future!

Training pants. Fantastic, comfortable. I am a size 6/8 and got a small they fit perfect in every way. Totally recommend.

Rapid response for my query via email and, I bought the rain jacket for my 10 year old, the sizing is perfect, she loves the coat and as it’s British summer time she’s been wearing it to school. (Not down the stables yet).
