The bottle arrived damaged, quished in the post. The packaging was totally damaged, but a replacement was sent out immediately. Very prompt and efficient customer services.

Purchased a zero gravity chair from this Company a couple of years ago. Unfortunately the bolt on one of the arms worked its way loose and was lost. Contacted the Company to see if a replacement bolt could be supplied. Got a very short email back to say they don't do replacement parts. Very disappointed. Will not be using this Company again.

We bought the Azuma Cadiz 11 piece metal garden set 4 years ago.
The tabel and chairs started to rust after a few months but didn't bother us. A few of the chair ties also snapped, but again, this didn't bother us.
This weekend the table shattered into large and small pieces.
Nothing hit the table and the weather was fine.
We are extremely upset and disappointed as it has left glass all over our patio. Meaning our 1 year old cannot currently go outside.
We have tried to clear up as much as possible and in doing so this has caused injury as the glass has not shattered as safety glass should and instead has broken into various sized pieces.
The retailer has not tried to help and is now saying it must have shattered because it is on uneven ground (it's not) or it was not assembled correctly (my Joiner father put it together).
We paid £700 for this and for it to cause such a dangerous situation is leaving a very bitter taste in our mouths.
Do not buy from them. They don't care about their customers or the safety of their products.

Bought two xl waterproof backed rugs. They are excellent quality and the size was great - as a family of 6 we wanted plenty of room to sit & stretch out on the beach. These were perfect.

The service is the best placed order one day and was at my door the following day the gravity recliner I ordered is pretty colour pink this was my third order the recliner was damaged by some bird in the garden last summer so had to buy another very comfortable recliner which is why I’ve ordered from them again

When i received the wrong delivery, they were very fast in sending a replacement. Also the product is lovely and nice quality.
