Had my system checked out by the rep and a series of quotes for various suitable boilers within 24 hrs. Made my choice and had it installed it within 3 weeks. Whole process was clear and easy. One very short visit to introduce cleaning chemicals to the system and then the actual installation shortly after. Work commenced at 08:30 and was completed and work site cleaned by 14:30. Installers clearly explained the working of the new boiler and thermostat controls. Very happy with the experience.

The quality of the products, the friendly and highly skilled team whose attention to detail is first class, from start to finish nothing is to much bother for the guys, even when completed Phil the owner does a inspection to ensure that your 100% happy, we have used them for a new ensuite, and also for a new gas boiler and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, this is a first class company who I would highly recommend.

After deciding to update our bathroom we visited the showroom at Whitburn, where we were guided through an array of modern bathroom fitments and ideas. Ideas were transferred to paper, discussed, adapted and transformed into 3D. This enabled us to finalise the bathroom layout, furniture and finish. The installation by the engineers was thorough and thoughtful to a high degree. We were kept informed as to progress continuously. Their skill and attention to detail was excellent. The finished bathroom was exactly as we wished. We recommend the company without any reservations. The whole process was first class!

Staff very efficient and friendly. Excellent quality of products. Nothing was a problem. Any changes etc. were dealt with in a professional manner and nothing was ever a problem. The work was completed on time and everything was left clean and tidy. We would highly recommend this company.

Azure guided us through the design process aided by their VR system. After agreeing the design we had a further practical site visit before works commenced so as to check any last minute variations and to explain how the project would proceed. Work started on time and finished only one day over schedule. The tradesmen were tidy and efficient and left a lovely job. A further follow up inspection took place and small snagging dealt with promptly and without rancour.

Cannot fault Azure Bathrooms & Heating ltd. Communication is always excellent and always reliable and punctual. Workmanship is amazing and the staff are all courteous, honest and respectful! I would highly recommend this company.

They go the extra mile are very clean and tidy workers and always respect our property as they go about our home. We were looking for an en-suite and bathroom strip out and upgrade with a quality and contemporary look and feel. There’s many contractors out there who claim to be able to deliver however not all are capable or true to their word.
We took time with our selection process visiting several potential providers across the North East finally settling on Azure Bathrooms and Heating Ltd.
Pleasant and engaging reception from Jake during our first visit to the Whitburn shop, through to pre works and none comital home visits from Phil.
The team worked with us to explore ideas and help develop designs, layouts and suggested products with detailed itemised quotations and timelines.
Also provide 4D walk through sessions for both work fronts giving a real feel of how the finished installation would look and work in the home, prior to us placing any orders.
Program of woks started as planned with all material deliveries proactively managed from the shop.
The installation lads Mark and Colin were extremely knowledgeable and professional with first class application and results across all fronts including tiling, plumbing and electrical.
We did have a couple of unforeseen third party supplier related issues to deal with during the installation works however the team pulled together, faced the problems head on and in consultation with ourselves, proposed and implemented solutions which ultimately delivered an all round positive outcome.
The team demonstrated a professional approach in maintaining customer focus and securing speedy and satisfactory resolution when thing’s don’t go exactly as planned. A truly commendable attribute for any customer service business.

We’re extremely happy with the quality of service and workmanship and wouldn’t hesitate in using Azure on future projects.
