Ordered two pair of leggings and not received any confirmation of my order. They had no problem taking my money quickly but where’s my items. Going on two months, AZZE.Co is a RIP OFF. I wanted to give them a big fat “0” rating but wasn’t able to.

I have been waiting for 6 months for my magnifying glasses which is bought off of Facebook I have sent so many emails to them and now they have said they have sent them still not arrived, don’t buy from them I paid with PayPal will check out with them to see if I can get a refund. Update 31st jan with a promise of full refund to be paid into my paypal account in a couple days that was 8th dec didn’t arrive email them they said it had been passed to a higher level for immediate refund never received it total scammers.

Wish I read the reviews first...lesson learned. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Product received was a fraud!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I attempted to purchase a pivoting bit holder from the company. They sent a cheap non-pivoting bit holder. I have tried to work with their customer service but they only reply with the same idiotic response. They are a scam. UPDATE: Finally received the item I actually ordered. They never sent the tracking information as they said they would after over 20 emails with their customer service. It is poor quality and not worth what I paid. I feel like a idiot for ordering this item. Lesson learned. Learn from my mistake. Do not buy anything from them. I’m letting Instagram know about this rip off. This is where a saw the bit holder in the beginning.

I ordered a scooter from this firm and they sent me a cheap watch. they are waffling about my refund. I believe they are a fraud.

Like others on here I recently purchased a pivoting bit holder for $19 (about £15) that was advertised on Facebook, but paid via PayPal. A couple of quid bit holder turned up but it wasn't pivoting. I rasied a dispute with PayPal. Eventually they came back with the offer that I send the item I'd receieved back to Singapore at MY EXPENSE and it had to be tracked and I'd get my £15 back. Cost to send back tracked would be £12. There was absolutely no way I could then argue this point with PayPal. The online system they have at this point just takes you round in circles to their "take it or leave it resolution". Clearly Azze Media are just a bunch of crooks and PayPal are not much use. All PayPal are really interested in is protecting their profits. Lesson learned by me is don't buy stuff via Facebook or use PayPal to buy stuff. Only use your credit card and you have protection to get ALL your money back through the small claims court, which is a very simple process.

Azze Media LLP sent the wrong item which was paid via PayPal. Long story short, I would only get a full refund if I sent the incorrect item back to Singapore at MY cost. The cost of postage to Singapore almost doubles the cost of the item which means if I get a full refund I would still have spent almost the same money for nothing. Azze knows this so they've still got a sale once I don't pursue the refund anymore - bunch of crooks!!

BTW their email address 'infoATazze.co' doesn't work (Address not found - Your message wasn't delivered to infoATazze.co because the address couldn't be found or is unable to receive email) which means they won't see this review.

I have had a similar experience with Azze. I saw an item advertise on Facebook, so I went to Pay Pal and ordered the item. I never received any documents from the company. No invoice, no order confirmation and not even one email. I had no one to contact for further information. After waiting months, I did contact Pay Pal. Unlike others, I did receive a refund. I hope that Facebook and Pay Pal will stop the advertising and orders from this company.

Thief’s. Liars. I can not believe I was suckered into purchasing a product I needed and sent countless e-mails asking for tracking, then out right asking for a refund. Form response. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered goods In June, received 1 item of the 8 piece set. Escalated to PayPal when I got no joy and they are refusing a refund.

This company is not even worth 1 star. I placed an order back in June and still haven’t received. I wish I had done my research before ordering. I can’t cancel my order as they say nor get a refund as they claim my order has been processed and shipped, but they have no tracking number 🤬🤬🤬🤬.

DO NOT BUY FROM AZZE Media LLP. I ordered my 3 -solar lights and an automatic water level valve. I received the lights but not the water level valve. I sent them numerous emails and all I get was the same questions. I ordered on September 10, 2020. I copied my PayPal receipt and sent it to them and they are now non-responsive. I will not buy from them again on their Facebooks ads or any other ads. They have crappy customer service and they don't communicate internally as they keep asking the same questions. They can't even scroll down the email to see all my information that I sent. I am telling everyone that I know not to shop on their website or any store. My Singaporean friends are now informed and will lose customers. All I asked for was they either send me a refund or send me the missing product. It was a simple solution. I will lodge a dispute through PayPal. The more people complain to PayPal and hopefully they will be removed as a business. They cannot be trusted. I have been scammed and I am just warning everyone.

SCAM / FRAUD EBAY ADVERTISING COMPANY

AZZE Media LLP - Never buy any products from this company who advertise advertise on Facebook. Website conveniently unable to be contacted after they didn't ship the items that I had ordered. Awaiting PAYPAL further instructions. PayPal should terminate this fraudulent company. I will post outcome of registered dispute with PayPal.

I ordered a needle punch embroidery kit which was dreadful, came in a grotty plastic bag with no instructions. Only way I’d get a refund through PayPal was to send it back. To Singapore. It would cost me as much to return. Utter scam and a way to avoid refunding.

Ordered a Pivoting Bit Holder, but received a fixed non pivoting Holder. Absolutely not as advertised and described. Binned it and put it down to experience.

AZZE Media LLP - AVOID THIS COMPANY. They advertise on Facebook. Shipped a totally inferior product to what I had ordered. Then spent 2 weeks suggesting they were sorting the problem and would advise new shipping date. After registering a complaint with PayPal they wrote claiming my order had been delivered by their reliable courier.......At best they are incompetant and worst just a scam company. I notice their website is now unavailable. PayPal should not be providing a service to this 'business'.
