Steer clear of this company!
Do not get electricity service from this company!
I’ve done the mistake and basicly got scammed, here’s the details:
My last aconto bill was 3000+dkk that had been paid and last year on April 1st I’ve ended my subscription. Then my correction bill came and it was saying that I should get around 1500 dkk back in about a month.
Months passed and I did not get anything back so I gave their customer service a call in June 2024. The reply I got was ‘we are understaffed’ but you’ll get it in a month.
After a few months I gave them a call again, some months later again. The replies were identical ‘Sorry about what happened, we will return your money’.
Last drop on the bucket was when I got a call from their customer service in January 2025 saying ‘Would you like to subscribe to us? We have very special prices for you’.
I’ve explained the situation to the person and said I’d never use their services again. He said that he will make sure I get my money back.
Now it’s mid March 2025, almost a year passed since I’ve ended my subscription and I did not get the money I’ve overpaid for the bill.
Do not use their services if you’d like not to get scammed!
