Good variety of products when browsing online. Never had an issue with the products.
I did encounter issues with packaging, but got refunded immediately if items were damaged during delivery. Customer service is a bit slow, but I always got the help I needed eventually. They should improve their communication if items are missing. I've been a customer for three years now.

Great selection of food. Convenient and good service

For several years now, the staff of B-Kosher in Hendon have gone out of their way to handle for me a big consignment twice a year (before Rosh-Hashanah, and before Passover). I cannot select item by item online, so they do that for me from a file listing the items I need. I pay by cheque upon arrival. Sometimes the staff member carrying the delivery late in the night from Hendon to South London put in a moving amount of effort. For that reason, I am not only a good customer. I also like them personally.

I’ve never ordered online so can’t comment on that service but the store is a pleasure to visit. Consistently well stocked with everything you could need and the staff in the Edgware branch are delightful and very friendly and helpful.

Really efficient service. I've never had a problem with them. If products are unavailable then they call to discuss substitutions. Groceries are well packaged. Would recommend!

It is that last of the local shops we have always loved. The staff know everybody and Tzion and his staff can never do enough to help. They are well stocked and well priced and it's a shop "where everybody knows your name" cannot recommend highly enough

If I've had issues its been resolved quickly and efficiently.
Bkosher has alot of the hard to come by items . And if need something they'll have no problem ordering for you.

Honestly, b-Kosher.co.uk is a game-changer. I used to schlep from store to store hunting down kosher essentials like a Jewish Indiana Jones — now I just click, sit back, and wait for the magic to arrive at my door.

Their selection is so good I started checking the website for snacks I didn’t even know I needed — do I require six types of kugel? Apparently, yes. Delivery’s fast, the packaging is solid, and everything arrives fresh and ready to make Bubbe proud.
