The institutions on pack are different from on ad so quite confusing
Also it has made no difference to my weight at all! It’s expensive so I expected it to make a little difference
Also I took the survey on how much weight predicted if I too it and it said I’d lose 11 lbs! But I’m lighter in the pocket than my weight!

Dissapointed, I bought 2 pack I'm on my last 4 days no change for me. I go to the gym 6 times a week I do classes at night and train in the gym at weekend 🙃 I eat well and I don't drink alcohol.

First thing that put me off was that the advert said to take at bedtime and on arrival, the instructions said to take with lunch or dinner. Not very encouraging so far. I will see if works and review again at the end of Jan 2024, as I intend to start 1st Jan
