I worked with Dan to start and his customer service from the first call had me sold. I have zero complaints. They have answered every question that I’ve had and have always been prompt. I love my website and looking forward to continued work with B12.

We worked with Dan and his team. I was very comfortable with the price point, services offered, and the entire experience was a pretty easy one. I may be coming back for a second website in a few months. It was a lot of stuff I didn’t realize I needed and there were some stuff it turns out, I didn’t really need. They took their time and explain to me where I could save a few dollars and stuff that I could wait on. My business is a new one so my budget was a small one but they were still very accommodating. I hear from them pretty often, they’re pretty proactive about my business which I really appreciate.

B12 has been super helpful and proactive with my business. The report I get every month helps me understand how my site overall is doing. This has been a great experience from talking to the consultant, getting set up with the designers, and then on. I recommend these guys any chance I get. They’re an important part of my business strategy

Stay away from B12!!! The service provider improperly charged my card and was not authorized to charge my account until they created a working website for me They failed to do this. They kept my $900 without a website

B12 continues to ignore my request for answers to my questions, which is Customer Service 101. It is now 12 days since my inquiry. After reading reviews here, and other sites there is an obvious pattern of avoidance behavior. In their recent reply, they stated that one of their Customer Support team members had reached out to me, This is FALSE!

They absolutely suck! I will never use them again! They have the poorest customer service you've ever seen! I don't even think their product is actually B12 God only knows what you're injecting into your body! Do not use this company!

Very simple, efficent process while working with solid professionals. B12 has delievered on all aspects of my new design and SEO optimization.

We use b12.io to power the Textbook Ventures website (textbook.ventures). Simple to use interface and aesthetic visuals.

Three weeks ago paid upfront for a new website and a monthly $100 fee.
A different salesperson then contacted me to ask me if I was still interested even though I had paid close to $1000 ?? He seemed to not know I was already a client.
I waited two weeks for a scheduled call with my “designer”. The day of the call, I received an email stating he was ill, with a link to schedule with someone else? That amounts to another two week wait. They haven’t done j s for me and I smell a rat. Run don’t walk.

Great experience working with the team! The team was very responsive and got the site up very quickly. They incorporated feedback very well into the design. I am very pleased with the outcome. Would definitely recommend to friends or family. In fact I already have🙂

Charging me a different amount then any plan available and refuse to move me to an actual plan. Not worth your time and I initially paid $500 for a design that was a bunch of foreign writing and looked horrible. Do Not Use!

Horrible customer service that can’t be reached and does not respond to emails unprofessional and dishonest staff waste of my hard earned money

The pre-built websites are great. Regardless of what you’re trying to accomplish with your website. Replacing the stock photos with your own is as simple as it gets. Same as replacing the text.
