Stay far away! We were very clear about what we needed and were assured B12 could do it. They dragged us along, took our money, and then admitted they were never equipped to do what we needed. They have ignored our requests for a refund over the last several months. They ignore calls and emails. We paid them and walked away with absolutely nothing.

I had a very positive experience with B12. I have designed websites before and the process is cumbersome which took me away from the purpose of getting my product out as quickly as possible. I had a great team, Designer was the weakest link but it wasn't his/her fault it is a difficult thing to get in someone's head creatively but the result was exactly what I was looking for. The websites they can create are nice but very cookie-cutter. The salesperson on the phone said they can adapt it to what I wanted. I was under the impression they could use Squarespace. They have their own platform, and templates. So, you are tied to their templates and there is not a very big selection. They wanted to charge me for doing "extra" work because I wanted a hover feature which a standard on Squarespace and other platforms. They agreed to do it gratis since they had already promised that they could create something similar to what I wanted during their sales pitch call. The work was not done well. They admittedly, do not have a lot of templates to choose from If you want more variety, B12 is not the move. If you need something up quickly. Then I could see how it could be beneficial. You do not speak directly to designers. You speak to a middle person. The 1st design call is 30 minutes. And from that they build your site. I am now out 550 dollars. It could have been worse. I should have paid someone on Fiverr to do a Squarespace site for me. On a positive note, the staff is very nice and responsive. They need to change their pitch though. It is not the right fit if you are looking for something more creative.

Working with B12 was probably one of the best decisions I made as a start-up.

Having a premium quality website that gives new visitors a great first impression and experience is one of the hardest things to do. B12 did that for me.

They've gone above and beyond in trying to make sure that I was up to speed with each step of the process. Whenever I wanted to get on the phone with a representative to change the website's layout or add a feature, they made sure it was scheduled at a convenient time for me.

It's smarter to get the professionals to do it. Allocate that time towards other important aspects of your business (like improving your customer experience and selling).

Besides turning out a website that I’m proud of and thrilled with, B12 provided my company with simple and organized step-by-step tools to create EXACTLY what was envisioned. As someone who is creative but not artistic or high-tech, Grace and the staff @ B12 were very patient and tolerant of my constant ideas and iterations of what I believed I wanted. Can’t forget to mention, the service is VERY reasonably priced. I couldn’t recommend B12 highly enough. What a great experience!

Keep having to set up conference call several times when signed up they said one thing then another person said another so confusing what was paying for and have not made any money from the web site yet.
Have not received any new clients was told when signed up will help me get new clients that has not happened yet.
It nice they do talk with you when you set up a conference call. Be nice if you can just call and talk with someone as soon as you need to.

I was blown away with the draft of my website. In the past I used other website builder apps and used their templates. This time I decided to let someone else build my website. I was sure I would be underwhelmed yet I was impressed with the design and quick communication from B12's staff. My existing clients were all impressed. As a small, brand new law firm we were on a very tight budget. We bootstrapped every thing from the very beginning but we knew a website was necessary. They were patient and detailed throughout the process and in the end, created a beautiful, user-friendly website that we love. We get compliments on our website all the time. If we can't make the edits ourselves using the portal, B12 customer service is quick and very helpful. My review is a bit different than most, in that I never successfully launched a website with B-12. Due to some unique circumstances-- some attributable to my complete lack of experience, and some attributable to all I wanted on the website-- I needed to go elsewhere to launch my website. What really impressed me, though, is that once B-12 saw the problem, they were very kind and gracious in assisting me to get the help I needed. I much appreciate their professional and personal response.

Wasn't sure what to expect at first because the price was so low. The website was made quickly and communication was great through out the entire process and deadlines were met faster than I thought. If you're wanting a great mobile site without doing the work this is a great option.
