I recently completed online courses in Customer Service and Understanding Children with Learning Difficulties, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The entire process was straightforward, from enrollment to completion. The lesson materials were well-organized and easy to follow, making learning both effective and enjoyable.

The tutors were always present and incredibly supportive, providing timely feedback and guidance whenever needed. The delivery of content was excellent, with everything being done on time and in a clear, engaging manner. Throughout the course, the staff were kind and reassuring, which made the learning experience even more positive.

Overall, this company has exceeded my expectations, and I feel much more confident and prepared for my career thanks to their comprehensive and thoughtful training. Highly recommended!

The company is a brilliant company, who help and support learners achieve new qualifications. My experience doing a course with the BTW Group has been amazing. The tutors make it very easy for you understand as they help you build your self confidence,build great team working skills and they support you with meeting dealines.

The experience was a great one I doubted myself a lot but with the help of everyone on the course and especially the tutors I began to have the confidence I could do it.

A little bit more help with downloading work we need to download will help. Some of us have never or not downloaded work for this. So there was an assumption we knew how to download. Maybe sending us some videos how to use Canva and whatever else we may have never used before would also help. The tutors where great with helping and their patience was outstanding.

Amazing course, got what I needed to work in a school environment and I also have confidence in what I’m doing. The course was great, I feel it could of been done within 17 days however I know people work at different paces so this is a personal preference

The course was interactive, collaborative, and enjoyable, though some students found it quite intense. I would like to thank Back2Work for offering this program, as it significantly enhanced my understanding of coding, programming, digital skills, and other IT subjects. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their skills in these areas.

Additionally, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to our wonderful tutor, Aneta Worku. She truly stood out with her professionalism and welcoming attitude. Aneta provided extra learning resources and ensured that every student had equal opportunities to succeed. She was always open to learning from her students, which fostered a supportive environment for us all.

tutors and staff were great and good delivery of material. Unfortunately it was not what I was expecting, and I don't think the knowledge is sufficient to start work after this course. Even though the courses are level 3, they are still very basic. If you are doing these courses to find a job in IT then its not enough.

Stop advertising fake jobs! You're literally wasting people's time, genuine people who are struggling to find any kind of work in an already collapsing job market by posting "jobs" that are actually courses which are also useless and only benefit you. You'd accept anyone and give a certificate to anyone as long as it's a proof to the Government that you're doing something. You should be shut down immediately

The only reason this isn't a five star review is that I believe nothing is ever perfect. I've had two courses through B2W both were delivered very well by tutors who knew their stuff with regards to the subject.
We had a few hiccups at the beginning of the second close, but our tutor Lester Weier really brought us up to speed and got us to the end of the course in plenty of time.
I would recommend b2w to anybody who's not in work and would like to boost their employability or somebody looking to change career and wants a taste of what's to come in their new subject.

If anyone is considering starting a course with this group, I would totally recommend you DON'T do it. from start to finish was boring, long-winded and completely a waste of time. Tutors changed, students left in a hurry and the content of the course just as bad an experience.
You are told from the start that the course leads to jobs, and you would have a guaranteed interview, which bytheway we never did. The Teleperformance group with whom we were supposed to be having jobs with, nothing came of that. Six or so weeks after the course nothing, I have never ever would go back to this comedy of a company, Seems like they get paid for students who complete the course, and as soon as we have left thats it. GOODBYE
