I applied to do a course but you're encouraged to use a webcam, now I don't feel comfortable using a webcam when doing courses.

I was told I can't do the course,

The SMM course is great and gave me some new knowledge about social media marketing. Owes approach in our education is amazing, live in-class communication between tutor and students was on a highest level and unswering to the questions were quick, even if out of class hours via emails.

I've really enjoyed being part of this course! Owes has been amazing, always clear. He made learning fun and easy to follow. I also want to shout out to my classmates, such a great group of people. Everyone helped each other and made the experience even better. Thank you all!

I've had a great 3 weeks on my course with B2W learning lots of new skills. My tutor Owes has been fantastic and has been great at delivering the units. The only thing I would mention is that I would have loved to have had more in depth training on Social Media in specific, whereas this course goes over everything from websites, SEO, project management etc. On the whole I've definitely come away with more knowledge!

A good overview of how to improve online presence and increase SEO and how to market on social media. The course made you think deeply about strategy and implementation of your business plans. I was coming into this hoping to learn about other ways of making money online that didn't involve OnlyFans and I have achieved this. Tutor (Owes) was very easy going and made the course enjoyable.

I am currently completing a L3 Certificate in Social Media for E-Commerce. I have found it really useful. Completing it over 3 weeks meant it was full on but i like a challenge. The tutor Owes was great in delivering the course and explained the units very well. I have found the course very useful and it is in line with what i am doing.

The course itself was well written and easy to digest, with excellent support from our tutor.

Loved the home study course and tutors, there were 2 of them, Dawn and Craig. great people and a good course, however, the aftercare and progressions are useless, no communication or updates and I received a call where the agent was outright rude.

To be honest, i had a great experience in doing this course.

The course was easily accessible and my course tutor was lovely and supportive.

Covered topics surrounding the support of SEN individuals. Tutor was very supportive

The course was comprehensive and very well delivered, with good individual practice, and encouraged us to work in groups. The tutor was very supportive throughout.

From the beginning of May 2025, I applied for a job as warehouse operative at Argos distribution centre through the B2W with guarantee interview after finishing the 2 online courses as follows ( the first course is Level 1 Award in Preparing to Work in Express Logistics which include two courses, health and safety, Introduction to Express Delivery and introduction to express sortation hub, the second course is Level 1 Award in Understanding Carbon Awareness and Energy Management, Two weeks of full-time working days).
I started these courses after ten days of my application for the job, the B2W contact me regularly by emails and I finished the courses in 16 days this mean at 28 of May, I contact the B2W job adviser for my interview date and time and told me that arrange everything and someone from the SRF in Peopleplus company will contact me soon.
After 14 days of waiting and tried to contact the PET progression in B2W and the job adviser, In 17th of June 2025 one of the SRF send to me email about my time and date of my telephone interview 3 hours before getting involved in this interview, anyway I prepare myself and I was ready to take this call, one of the recruiter in Argos called me asking me about my email and postcode, and asked me if I have a car, I answered all the question and to be honest I told her I don't have a car. the recruiter in Argos told me that there is no job vacancy available right now and I will call you within two weeks if there is an update.
I returned to the SRF in Peopleplus company who responsible for the processes and told him what was happen in my interview, then he surprised me when telling me that they refused me because I am living too far from the site and no hope to return to them and there isn't any other chance for other job and told me to go back to B2W and he can't help me in this. I returned to the job adviser and the PET progression team asking them about that, and I didn't receive any answer.
I want to say that there is two different answers, the first one from the recruiter at Argos when told that there is no job vacancy available and the second one from the SRF Peopleplus when told me that you are living too far from the site.
In addition, the job discerption didn't mentioned that the applicants must live locally or must have car.
for more the whole thing is prepared carefully to make my application unsuccessful by notifying me the interview 3 hours before only, and the two different answers.
I strongly not recommend to listen to B2W they will waist your time and you will get nothing at the end. I waisted 6 weeks. I said enough, and everyone can see the percentage of their feedback to be sure.

I recently completed my Level 2 Diploma in Digital and IT Skills. I had a great tutor, Lester, who explained everything clearly and step by step. He was very supportive with all the queries we had and he was really patient. I'm feeling much more confident in my skills after doing this course.
This course runs for 5 weeks, if anyone is looking to build their skills in IT. I would definitely recommend this course.
