Jacob set up my internet very quickly and took a lot of pressure off me

Craig Williams, has gone above and beyond to resolve some teething issues we have had and delivery what was promised and got our system working as we expected.

Harry from B3 Communications visited our office at Accma Accountants to install and set up our phone system. He did an excellent job and maintained clear communication throughout the process. He also liaised with BT during a lengthy call, handling it patiently and ensuring everything was managed smoothly, successfully transferring our phone system to the new provider, B3 Communications.

He concluded the visit by providing training on the portal and explaining the key features of the phone system. Thank you very much for your support and visit.

Overall, I had a positive experience with the service provided. Marcus came to install the phones and Starlink system, and he was friendly, punctual, and professional throughout.

The installation was completed efficiently, and while there were a few minor issues along the way, Marcus took the time to work through them and ensured everything was up and running. It was clear he was committed to getting the job done properly.

He was approachable and willing to answer questions, which made the process smoother and more reassuring. The system is now working well, and I’m pleased with the end result.

My B3 Engineer Darren was so very patient and extremely helpful setting up our new phone system, nothing was to much trouble for him. Also very polite and very tidy.

We had new phones installed by B3, the being an all female workforce its difficult having workmen in and freely moving around, however Marcus and Jacob were extremely courteous and aware of their surroundings, they carried out the installation with minimal disruption, leaving everything tidy behind them, they gave us onsite training making it easy to understand, highly recommend.

Since going over to B3 Communications I have had a few queries and they are always at the end of the telephone or email to help me with any problem I have. Darren Parsons is exceptional - very patient and helpful.

Nothing but praise for Marcus @ B3, always attentive and on the ball, always responding professionally and promptly even to some of my stupid questions 😂

Craig and Nikki attended site to upgrade the comms and network setup. They installed a new VoIP system and improved the Wi-Fi by fitting Wi-Fi 7 access points, giving strong, reliable coverage across the whole site.

The result is faster, more stable connectivity and a much better overall service.

Jacob gave a very good set up to the system. The telephones are better than the previous ones. Jacques our project manager has been a great help too.

My experience so far with the team at B3 Communications has been excellent. I would definitely recommend them.

Great experience so far with B3 from the initial Sales correspondence with Adam and the office team, namely Yasmine so far. Engineers Jamie and Craig supported the migration of our telephony and internet provision from BT Local Business to B3 Communications. Great rapport and patience taken to understand our system and ensured all members of staff were happy once the install of our handsets, routers and other peripherals was completed.

Jamie & Craig attended site were professional and efficient, would highly recommend this company and the new phone system is very good

Fantastic set up by Ash, we previously had a system with a complicated set up and he confidently sorted the whole set up, introduced the new phone system and talked us through the operation.
