Very fast and loads stuff very fast

Efficient and professional service

A very thorough survey was performed over two days since the first could not be completed due to high winds. On the second attempt with the drone a second mast was spotted that turned out to be the (unexpected) winner. This level of detail sets b4rk apart from my previous internet over the air provider. Very neat installation, cable tied down instead of just running loose across the roof tiles. The increase in speed has made working from home a pleasure. And finally, Tim is responsive and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended

Excellent customer service from the first inquiry regarding broadband for my property. My email was responded to the next day. The speed test was completed, and the installation was quick and efficient. I am very pleased with the speed we now get. It's a vast improvement on what I had before, and would recommend this company to anyone who has trouble accessing reliable broadband.

We asked B4RK to carry out a viability survey on a property we're purchasing in a rural location in Kent. Tim has been incredibly helpful and professional throughout. The survey was completed within promptly within a couple of weeks and the results came through giving us accurate and insightful options on next steps as our purchase progresses. We'd have no hesitation in recommending B4RK if you're looking for viable (and reliable!) broadband connections and speeds .

We dealt with Tim from the get go. we initially booked and paid for our survey to see what our options were for a better broad band speed and set up.
The street that we live in is very limited for super fast broadband as open reach are not likely to deal with the current copper wire system until late 2020's and current speeds fluctuate from 25meg to 45 meg max which can be heavily contended due to the amount of homes in our road meaning downloading anything over 10gb can take days! we were at our wits end - with 3 boys all using numerous tech devices it was just havoc and bring in to the mix the need for my wife to work from home too and we just had enough.
From the start Tim was very knowledgeable and more importantly he was honest about our options, he showed us the challenge we faced for LTE and we came to our own conclusion that Starlink was really the only way forward. Tim left us to consider our options, wasn't pushy in anyway and we paid for him to supply the kit and install it for us. we could not be happier! we now have speeds of nearly 10x what we had before ( even on a poor day it is still 150 meg from just the router alone ) and this is even with two hard wired ethernet connections in place! it is worth noting that these connections often are over 300meg!!
Tim has helped us with finding a solution for our hive system too after fitting the kit. We highly recommend B4rk to anyone who is experiencing broadband speed misery and like us has little prospect of open reach ever fitting in fibre to the road. Starlink - game changer!

I ordered some WiFi extenders from this business and had some problems with setting them up. Beside the price of the extenders being below normal pricing, the extra help and service offered by Tim Higgs was beyond and above. He helped me get through the difficulties that even my fibre service provider wouldn't even help with. I would surely recommend them to anyone in the Kent area and even outside (as I live Staffordshire, many miles from Kent). The best for sure!!

Having started to do more work from home, I was looking for a faster and reliable broadband service. I found B4RK in a google search, and contacted the company. Tim came out and did a survey and booked me for an installation later in the week. Installation was very fast and efficient, and I now have a much faster internet connection with download speeds of over 80 Mbs. I would thoroughly recommend Tim and B4RK.

We had a few problems after the installation with speed and coverage around the house. I logged it on the portal and Tim came round the same day and sorted it. You dont get that with talk talk, would have taken weeks! Signal is now great and we have great speed for the area we live in. Thoroughly recommend.
