The worst place you can buy parts from, glorfied dropshipping Your item will have a 400% mark up and you will get a cheap ali express knock off. STAY AWAY

They are now running under activemotorparts same person just different name dont order from here I’ve ordered twice and first time took ages your better off ordering off Ali express cause that’s where the stuff comes from and second time I’ve ordered nothing no response nothing

Brought three new lights, all come with 5 year warranty I’ve had them about 3 months and they’ve stopped working, I have reached out to solve this problem multiple times still no luck, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

B7 is a straight up scam. Don’t bother placing an order unless you want to part with your money and receive nothing in return

Ordered 4 different parts from the site which totalled to around £170 exactly one month ago. I Allowed just under 2 weeks until I politely emailed the company to try and receive an update on the whereabouts of my items. Time passed and I had no response, therefore leading me to contact Tommy himself through insta and and sending out follow up emails to B7 , once again to no response. Luckily I was fortunate and got my money back through my bank! However I advise anyone to stay well away from B7 as you’d do extremely well to get any order you’ve placed actually delivered and should you have any problems (more than likely) there customer service is beyond shocking.

Absolutely avoid!!!!!!!!!, I ordered a carbon steering wheel for my wifes birthday at ford fair in August 2024, nearly a month went by with recieving no product and no communication, sent a couple of emails with polite questions, disputed with my bank then all of a sudden communication happened, my emails ended up in "junk" folder and that my wheel was in its last stages of being done and he would have photos, worried now my bank has instantly taken the money tried blagging me but didn't work, was then ignored and still received no photos of proof.... He disputed with my bank probably knowing it would with hold my money for another 30 days, which was absolutely fine as my bank hasn't heard anything and now another 30 days have gone past I'm writing this.... If this company had the last part for my car to be fixed I'd rather let it sit in my garage and rot.
Save your stress levels and time people and shop and proper places.

Ordered a new induction kit, haven’t received any sort of confirmation email, so I emailed Tommy and his reply was that his still catching up with orders from the weekend, it’s been a week already and still nothing so I’m having to contact bank to investigate. I would strongly avoid this company at all cost's

Ordered carbon fibre door mirror caps, they arrived promptly but had two drivers side caps. I returned them end of Jan 24, at first they said they were out of stock but then no communication at all, they do not reply to any messages and it is now October, no caps or refund, avoid like the plague.

avoid at all costs bought $200 worth of items early march , emailed them 2-3 times no response. after a month of waiting i emailed again saying ill cancel the order, now they decided to reply saying that it has been shipped already but still havent received items to this date .

Terrible customer service!!! Ordered something over two weeks ago and still not received anything. Emailed them twice! No response at all. Avoid like the plague.

Abysmal customer service. Had no updates on delivery for an entire week. Emailed their customer service team (no telephone to call) and got a very blunt response from a random email saying it was due to out delivery tomorrow. Nothing has ever arrived. I ordered over two weeks ago. No update, nothing. I’m glad I used my credit card to purchase so I can recover my money. I urge you to check the reviews and never ever order from this company. If I could put less that 1* I would.

Awthul quality items and disappointing customer service!

Really disappointed with the quality of the products. Ordered a few items and all completely useless. Nothing fitted easily as had to change and guess how stuff was meant to be fitted. Also on that note, one of the 2 fog lights that I ordered did not work and they were reluctant to believe me. Poor quality and lights weren’t even bright enough making driving at night dangerous. I had no clue of when the products were going to be delivered as well which was concerning as was around 2 weeks after being ordered. I Highly recommend going to AutoBeam’s website and looking at parts on there as really impressed with them at the moment and highly satisfied!

I can confirm that I received a partial refund from B7 a couple of days ago and I really appreciate this!

Ordered some carbon paddles and nothing turned up , complete con artist should of checked the reviews first , stay away no parts in stock and will ignore all your emails and take your money , had to open a dispute with the credit card I paid with which is why I use it few

May as well of stole my money !

So I ordered a few items from the website, one arrived a completely different colour to what’s advertised & the other was a steering wheels wrap and this was custom made to order and it come with wrong colour stitching and centre mark (bright yellow)
When I ordered light blue.
I obviously messaged as I completed understand that errors do occur every once in a while , as it does in any company.

However when I eventually revived reply they told me that it was correct and I further asked could I receive the correct items I ordered and now they are opening my messages and not replying

Completely ignorant.

I’m now £118 down with items I didn’t order and won’t use.

Also I waited nearly a month to receive items , so just take that into consideration when ordering from B7 performance

If it was possible, i'd give this company 0 stars. Ordered 187£ of stuff on 21-07-22 for my Ford Fiesta ST, thinking that i had ordered some nice products that i could put on my car within the next couple of weeks... but no... heard nothing for about a month, no updates of shipping, no updates of any delays.

Had to contact them myself on insta (15-08-22) to find out where my stuff was. The person that manages the insta account told me that my order would be sorted the same week... again heard nothing, no updates or anything.

Had to contact them myself again on 28-08-22.... by this time only 1 of the 5 parts i had ordered arrived and i was told the other items had been shipped the previous week. They told me they would give me the tracking details but i heard nothing.... again....

We are now at 21-09-22 and some of the other parts started coming in one by one (still missing 1 of the biggest parts i ordered). When the other products arrived they looked like they were thrown in the box from 10feet away (very poorly packaged).Not to speak of the quality of some of these products. It is outrageous...if you look at the price i have paid for it versus the quality you get (see pictures attached on google review).

I was told the last 2 parts were coming from a brand themselves, that they sell on their website and that these items "may have a delay". I asked them if they could keep me up to date on the shipping and got no reply at all.

Overall, this is one of the worst experiences i have had with a company for a long time, and i would definitely NOT recommend anyone to order anything from this company as it is very amateuristic in every aspect

After a long time, i have finally received all of the goods. Also received a partial refund for the inconvenience.
