Total Scam!! Beware!! Fraudulent company!! Phone is always busy! Didn't respond to 4 emails.
Business address is a house and not company! They generated a fake tracking# to postal service. They did not send pckg nor did they enter my name or shipping address! Told by postal service contact my bank immediately. This happened 11/18/24.

Don't order from this site, it is a scam. I ordered 3 things totalling in $100 and never received my package, the shipping number they sent me was fake.i have reported this business to the BBB to try to get my money back but if I don't at least i can save someone else from getting scammed. If you want products like this I'd just go to Amazon or something.

Horrible! Buyers beware. They will keep charging your card even after you cancel subscription. The makeup is horrible quality. Please do not deal with this company.

I got this mascara in my babe box and it was so dried up I couldn't even use it it came out like rubber !!!

If I could taste it -5 stars I would, I am not going to rewrite all of these reviews that I have read because my feelings are the exact same that everyone under me has said, this is absolutely ridiculous that you can't call someone and talk to them and get them to stop trying to charge your card after they send you a so-called free box of bullshi+ products!!!

Go report these thieves to the Better Business Bureau! You can report them online. I havent ordered babebox and I wont thanks to these reviews. Google the BBB and take these scammers down.

Omg! They took almost 40$!!! AND SAY they cannot cancel me!!
Products rediculous!!!! Lip plumper!? Stupid items that do not matter! Garbage for a company!!! I was led to believe that I would be getting a free trial if I paid shipping of like 7 $ for the first month and then 20+$ if I decided to keep it. LIARS!!! THESE MONSTERS JUST ATILE MY WATER BILL money from me. I am a single mother of 6 yr old during covid no less, and every PENNY counts! Shame to you guys! Now what do I do?! DO NOT ORDER BABEBOX. I just had to close my checking account because they lied about a free babebox and can cancel anytime. THEY HIDE IN TINY TEXT THAT YOU HAVE TO KEEP PAYING MORE MONEY BEFORE YOU CAN CANCEL!!!!!!

THATS FRAUD.. AND I TRIED TO CANCEL AND THE MAN WOULDN'T CANCEL ME AND SAID I HAVE TO KEEP THIS SUBSCRIPTON FOR ANOTHER BOX, AND THATS LIKE $30 MORE AND THEN HE CLAIMED I COULD CANCEL.

The worst customer service ever. I never received my box, and while trying to reach them never reply. still charged me for the full box because you can't opt out, although you've never received anything. Terrible company.

I decided to try it because they had a special offer. 7.95 to try it. I didn't read the fine print that I have to keep it for two months. I don't like the products at all. It's mostly low grade skin care and a few glittery products. I expect more makeup and tools, and higher quality/value. I get other beauty box subscriptions. The difference is huge. It also feels like they know what they are doing. I think they are a scam box. I tried to cancel twice. But they will charge me full rate for the first box, plus shipping ( which I already paid) . They also do not communicate well, intentionally. They require cancellation through email. There is no cancel option on the website. They repeatedly tried to remind me I would be up charged if I try to cancel. Or I can get another box then cancel. It's not good product, so I said fine charge me the full rate. So I can cancel now, I want to be done. After messages back and forth all day, they suddenly stopped responding. Because I wanted to cancel officially. They ghosted me for several days. After so many messages back and forth this was just shameful. They know what I want, I have repeatedly made myself clear. But instead their customer service reps are dragging me through painful conversations, to the point of extreme aggravation. They are definately trying to keep me from cancelling. But not in a legitimate way, instead by ignoring me. Do not ever sign up for Babebox. You have been warned. They won't let me leave. They require a direct email request and long conversation to cancel. They repeatedly tell you why you can't cancel or will be punished for cancelling. The whole thing is set up to make you think you are getting to try something with little risk and easy cancellation if you don't like it. That is absolutely false. I will file a complaint with the BBB. I even paid the extra money for two bonus items that I would never use. I wouldn't buy or use, one item in the whole box. I absolutely do not feel it's value was even close to 100$. Or even 10$. That is why I wanted to cancel. I wouldn't want to cancel if it were worth keeping. It's simply not good products. They also have imitation logos/ certifications. Not the real ones. Every item is from china. Babebox claims to be cruelty free, natural and environmental products. I do not trust or believe that at all now that I have seen what they actually send.
Update, I had to contact my bank and block them from taking payments. They wouldn't listen to me. After that I got emails saying they would like to charge me the full rate and honor my cancellation. Now that they are blocked from payment, they want to talk to me again. Plus, on top of that I am now getting reminders to update my billing and add another card so they can send me more boxes. They never quit on their own. You have to stop them at the payment source. This is absolutely a scammer box if ever there was one. They never ever quit. It's been a nightmare. I am genuinely afraid try any new subscription boxes because of Babebox.

I do not like the monthly price first off, it's too high but I could get over that if what came in my box (thats what she said;) was products I'd actually use or want. There's a reason why you answer questions when you first sign up about skin type, what you use and don't use etc right? So you get products customized to your liking. Well not with Babebox. Why do I need 2 same difference lip products in my 1st box? Lip scrub (awesome), lip masks (what&why?) And then my second box more lip treatment peel and plump (idk) and the 2 eyeshadows 1-orange (its burnt orange) and 2nd-Green (dark emerald green). Come on! I'm a regular chick who is not never gonna wear those colors! Oh and k specifically marked that i do NOT wear lip stain (bc of prev.experience) so what do I get in the first box? Freaking lip stain. Best of all I've tried to cancel my subscription but when I sign in it tells me I have no subscription or previous orders, but my card is for sure debited the monthly fee.

Just received my very first BOX 📦, and I was so excited to get it. However, upon opening the box, the brown eyed girl palette was all crushed and smashed up....SMH. not acceptable. Wish I could upload pic. However, I'm sorely disappointed being a first time customer. I'm canceling my subscription ASAP.

Super trash don’t ever subscribe to them. This is why they have the first “free box” so you willingly have to pay for the second one then on top them taking your money and never sending you your second one! HORRIBLE.

Scam. They sent me a couple samples for the first box, which I sent back. Then they charged me for the second box, cancelled the order, and won’t refund me. PayPal won’t refund it because I agreed to order two boxes, however I have absolutely nothing to show for my $7 or $35 order. Don’t order!!!

If I could give no stars I would. I have sent several emails and got nothing back. They also took $35 dollars out on the 1st and now it’s the 10th and my box is still at the facility. My first box was three weeks late and now my second and my last box is in the same situation. I have seen so many reviews of this company being a scam and it’s my fault for not reading the fine print. I signed up thinking I could get my first box for $6.95 and if I didn’t like the products I could cancel. NOPE.... they charge you $35 for the second box that you HAVE to purchase. I tried emailing the company asking to please cancel the second box because I had some serious healthy issues with my husband and they told me no. No compassion and instead of helping me, they took the $35 and still don’t have the second box. They also don’t answer any of my emails as well.

I would actually give zero stars if I could! Don’t get fooled into this, I wanted to cancel my subscription and they said no! Yeah I don’t think so!

I got my 2nd babebox and only one thing was different and it was broken (eyeshadow).I was excited till I saw it wont be getting from them again

Crap and false advertising
I have been trying to get an refund from them. I emailed them and told them I don't want the box before it was shipped out and they still shipped it and charged my phone. Now telling me I can't get a refund when its their fault.

Signed up with first month free but still paid $6.95 shipping which took almost three weeks. Received box that was addressed to someone else before me but inside smells like nasty bathroom potpourri and the products are of Dollar Store quality.

Poor customer service, Broken things in box, no full refund given. Vaguely threatening emails from them.
