Lieferung top, Kommunikation ausbaufähig

Ich habe im Onlineshop von Babies & Kids bestellt.
Die Lieferung kam pünktlich an, und die Ware war in sehr gutem Zustand – daran gibt es nichts auszusetzen.
Was mich allerdings etwas verunsichert hat: Ich habe keine Bestellbestätigung per E-Mail erhalten und musste selbst nachhaken, um den aktuellen Stand zu erfahren. Der Kundenservice hat dann freundlich geantwortet, und mein Paket kam wie angekündigt an.

Fazit: Ein seriöser Anbieter mit sehr guter Qualität, aber im Bereich Kommunikation und Online-Service besteht noch Verbesserungspotenzial.
