The package we bought is good value for money, but it’s not perfect. Firstly, the handle you hold to push has very limited adjustment. If you or your partner are under 5ft 7, I would not recommend buying this.

Secondly, the sun shield on the car seat is extremely stiff and makes a lot of noise when adjusting. It either wakes the baby up or scares them if you try to move it while they’re in the seat.

Lastly, the rain cover doesn’t feel fit for purpose. It’s as if someone has just taken a clear recycling bag and cut it to size.

The buggy is usable, and we’ve been using it for 7 months, but these issues have been there from day one. The handle is definitely the biggest flaw, and the overall design needs improvement.

Travel system was purchased as a gift.Very flimsy.Topples very easily.Shopping basket is very weak.Wheels tend to buckle and fold.You really have to push it apart hard to stay open.Had it 10 months.Not used as often as I would of like and it seems ready for the skip.Definitely not suitable for a child over 12-14 months

Ordered my pram from babyabout and its absolutely gorgeous! Can't wait to see baby in it.
When setting the pram up I had an issue(my own mistake, i set it up slightly wrong and panicked😅) emailed them and had a reply within a couple of hours and my problem was resolved instantly with their help! Communication was great and fast, couldn't recommend enough.

Bought a pram from this company was amazed at the quality for the price.customer service is excellent.would highly recommend.

I bought this full system from Babyabout for my Grandson.
My Daughter loves this, it’s lightweight and so easy to manoeuvre.
However everything wasn’t plain sailing, the frame developed an issue with the front fixed/swivel wheel.
I emailed Babyabout…a few emails later a brand new full system was on its way to us! You won’t get better customer service than this! I fully recommend Babyabout to friends and family alike.
