Fantastic bargain!
I was initially a bit concerned about ordering because the running buggy was £100 cheaper here than anywhere else, and I worried it might be too good to be true. I’m so glad I bought from baby and child!
The buggy was delivered a bit quicker than their described timetable.An absolute bargain and great service. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Time waste and very poor customer service
I ordered an item that was listed as 10-14 working days delivery. After 8 days I had not heard anything so I enquired and was ensured by customer service that the item would be dispatched. After 14 days I enquired again and was told the item was now out of stock. I requested a refund and 8 days later have not received it or heard anything back. Time wasters and very poor customer service.

I put the wrong postcode on the order…
I put the wrong postcode on the order and Lauren was very prompt and efficient about changing it. DPD were useless at delivering, I waited in from 2.30 pm on Saturday for them to turn up, they said they were delayed and would deliver before 8pm so I cancelled going out, they never turned up. So had to take Monday morning off as leaving in a safe place was not an option even though I had put it on the order . Didn’t realise it was flat pack ! Mine you I hate the internet and mail order. It was a Christmas present for my granddaughter, my daughter chose. I would have paid twice the amount to buy from a local shop. Apologies probably not what you wanted to hear ! All the best
