I wish we would have had this for the first baby. This gave my wife the peace of mind she needed, having our daughter close by to nurse without having to get in and out of bed each time. The quality feels sturdy and convenience was a huge plus.

Cannot be reached by phone, when you call the phone # on website they instruct you to email? What’s the point of having a phone #? And you’ll wait days for an email response. The classic mattress/mattress cover is a joke for the price you pay- the zipper broke within one use. And it is next to impossible to place this cover on mattress bc of the foam material. Should be simple/quick due to how much babies spit up and mattress cover requires washing. I also wonder if this foam mattress/cover is truly non toxic? Contains polyester?

At this point we emailed them explaining issue and also placed an order/upgraded to the relief wave mattress/mattress cover for $90 (you cannot just order a cover separately). We have spent $600+ on crib + parts already. Thankfully the relief cover is easier to place on mattress. Our email asked for a refund for mattress and cover and after 5 days wait, their response is they will send us replacement? They “don’t refund”. We don’t want a 3rd mattress + cover. So wasteful.

Great reviews on website etc are deceiving. Terrible /difficult to reach customer service - would never purchase again or recommend to new parent. Quality customer service makes a huge difference if you want repeat buyers and babybaby us falls very short. All this said, we do like the bassinet itself. Lightweight and nice looking. But again would not have purchased (cheaper non toxic options out there) if I had known how much customer service is lacking.

As a first-time dad, I wasn’t totally sure what to expect when it came to sleep (spoiler: you don’t get much). But having the babybay next to our bed was clutch. I can just roll over and see that my daughter’s okay, and it gives my wife peace of mind too.

The build quality is solid—feels like real furniture, not baby gear that’ll fall apart in a few months. We got the mattress and organic sheets with it, and everything fits and feels great. Setup was surprisingly straightforward.

We received our „Babybay Maxi“ earlier this year and we love it! It was easy to setup and the delivery was very smooth. Response time from the Babybay US team was excellent.

Just know upfront they only communicate by email. Phone number is a joke; no one calls back. They do not refund money but instead give credit to re purchase. Companies that work in this manner breed mistrust and i feel it to be a red flag!

They are a scam. They never delivered my order.
