longtime customer for ages now and honestly, the quality of their stuff is always so good. everything feels really well made and is even nicer once you actually have it in your hands. their designs are beautiful too, and I honestly think the quality and designs are better than a lot of other brands i have bought from. I recently moved and forgot to change my address on an order, so I flicked them a message to see if they could help. They were so helpful and had it sorted for me within about 20 minutes, even though it was completely my own mistake. The team are awesome, the quality is beautiful and their shipping is always super quick. I have had nothing but good experiences with them and have got heaps of my whānau and friends onto their stuff too. ❤️

I originally placed my first order with Baby Bear a couple of years ago when the tuhono sets first came out, and I absolutely loved them. The quality was amazing, the design was beautiful and I honestly have nothing bad to say. When they restocked, I ended up getting the next size up for my daughter, plus a matching hoodie for myself and my hubby. My daughter has absolutely lived in hers lol They’re definitely the things we all reach for when the weather starts getting cold.
Their last restock, I loved everything so much that I ended up getting another hoodie for myself and my husband, plus the next three sizes up for my daughter lol I figured if they ever stop making them, at least we’ve got her covered for the next few sizes!
I’ve ordered many times from Baby Bear over the years and have genuinely never had an issue with anything Everything has always arrived beautifully, shipping has been very, very quick I’m talking I’ve ordered in the arvo and had it arriving on my doorstep the next morning and I honestly cannot fault any of the items I’ve purchased.
I purchased swimwear from them last year and absolutely loved it. The colours were so bright, the fit was perfect and I really loved the message behind their safe swim.
I also purchased the bag and lunch bag for my daughter’s birthday and put in the order notes that it was a birthday present for her. I was so surprised when the package arrived and they had so kindly added a birthday card, a few extra freebies and a whole heap of lollies for my daughter. They really went above and beyond and it was such a lovely little touch.

Baby Bear is honestly one of those brands where if I see something new come out, I already know I’m probably going to want it lol I’ll definitely be buying from them again.
Everyone always asks where my daughter’s things are from and I’m always very quick to tell them Baby Bear!

If I had one complaint, it would be that their stuff sells SO quickly lol But that’s probably more my fault for not being quick enough and getting in there before they sell out!

Terrible customer service and quality. Product arrived in ripped and opened courier bag. As soon as I saw it I knew it was too small to be what I thought it was. Its a cheap thin Temu type polyester blanket they are selling for $210!!!!!. Complete rip off. They will not accept returns. I expected quality for over 200$ If they do accept return they charge you $10 for the "privlege". They wont accept my return or refund money. Cheap crap products being sold at a insane mark up. Completely ripped off and can see they are only in business because they sell poor quality items and will not accept returns or refund. Its 2 pieces of thin fabric sown together, more expensive than other high quality products from similiar companies. Save your money and avoid this company at all costs. Will take your money and send a crap product and refuse a return
