Exceptionally bad customer service
Exceptionally bad customer service. I purchased 2 baby carriers. They were never delivered to the address I provided. I proved to baby Bjorn that they were never received. Demanded refund. It has been weeks. No refund, no resolution. Poor communication. Now they drag their feet saying they can't refund until the UPS investigation closes. I had no relationship with UPS. I ordered from baby Bjorn. It is clear they have no intention of returning my money. Very disappointing experience. I will never use their website again. Starting credit card chargeback process today.
