We had a problem with our order - something was missing and we got in touch with customer service who were amazing at getting the correct order sent out again immediately - Sharon answered emails straight away and provided a quick resolution and even an extra surprise as an apology! Will definitely be ordering with them again, the recipient was delighted!

Amazing service! 10/10. When I placed the order I received the hamper and boquets within 3 days. So excited to give these as a gift and the quality of the products are amazing! Happy Customer!

Scam. Don’t order from here. Awful quality clothing, will do anything in their power not to issue you a refund instead they offer you a partial refund to avoid their “lengthy and complicated” refund process. If you did ever get a refund they would deduct a further fee of £3.99 to ‘restock’. Still haven’t sent me my money back after weeks of chasing so have been left no choice but to report them to relevant authorities. Avoid at all costs.

Emailed me to say items I paid for were not available. Phone line doesn't work and I'm still waiting for a refund ten days later. No items sent, this isn't even a return, just a simple refund. Do not order from this site

Excellent customer service. There was a hiccup with the delivery (down to DPD) but the team at BabyBlooms were straight on it and resolved it the same day.
I would use again and would recommend.

Received as gifts from a thoughtful friend, my daughter and I were each given beautifully packaged soothing hand cream. It is brilliant! Rich enough to help with winter chapped hands but it doesn’t leave sticky residue. Super product.

Personalised delivery truck baby block walker.
All photos showed lots of bricks, mostly packed beautifully into the truck, and the quality and shapes of bricks shown was the reason I chose this product.
When it arrived it had only 3 small blocks visible...
I was really disappointed, but do not despair, they are all there, concealed under further packaging in the bottom of the truck!
I contacted babyblooms about this and they told me how to find them - excellent follow up care!

The perfect online shopping experience. Personal touch from Sharon on the customer service team just to check everything was going to the correct address was so appreciated. The gift came the next day and wow - how gorgeous! After being let down by a totally different brand who tried to change the delivery date and colour of my gift after I had ordered (!) BabyBlooms shows how a great company operates. 10/10 on every level!

Sharon is amazing! I recently ordered a gift for a friend & all was submitted when she attempted to contact me three times to inform me that another client had ordered the exact same gift for the same individual.

To avoid the friend receiving the same gift twice, Sharon kindly called me which she did not have to do & recommended a more expensive gift which she did not charge me the difference of.

For someone who works in customer service, this really impressed me to a whole other level!

I ordered after my usual go to baby gifts company decided to start charging for personalisation at a ridiculous price.

Really happy so far.

Bit disappointed. I ordered the “Bertie Bear Welcome Hamper”, which is supposed to come with a teddy bear (hence the name).

Instead it arrived with a much cheaper looking white stuffed rabbit.

Since it’s a gift that was delivered to a friend it’s too awkward to return.

Wouldn’t recommend. For £70 I would expect better.

To their credit, delivery was very fast and easy.

I recently placed an order for a personalised baby gift hamper - then the new Mum changed the spelling of Baby's name and I had to urgently contact Babyblooms to see if they could change the spelling! They were very helpful and changed the spelling. The gift receiver was very impressed with the quality of the gift as well as the packaging and the gift arrived at the designated time. Very impressed with Babyblooms and will use them again.
