This doesn't even deserve one star. We never received the products. Was told it was sent to the wrong address and they have received back and will mail it again. That was November. Customer service has stopped responding!!! This is a SCAM!

For anyone else who has been scammed with this, I immediately got on to them requesting a refund. The initial customer service email was fake (one letter different than the real one) but I got the real one from one of the emails they sent when I ordered it. I began the correspondence with the fact that this is actually a criminal offence (Fraud by False Representation). After a bit of back and forth they initially offered a 30% refund. I refused, then they offered 50%. Again I refused, requesting a full refund. They tried to pawn me off by saying a full refund required me to return the item, and this would be expensive for me, so they offered a 70% refund. This is when I told them that their returns policy stated that in the event a product was defective, a full refund would be issued and, given that the item was not what was advertised at all, and not fit for purpose, it was defective. They finally issued a full refund when I stated that I would be notifying my bank, and other relevant authorities. Please don't let them away with this, if you have been scammed get stuck into them to get your money back. It seems most, like me, had bought this for their kids or young relatives for a Christmas present, and it is an absolute disgrace to disappoint and take hard earned money from so many people. Chase them for the money back. The fact they were offering me all those partial refunds shows that they were happy enough to just try and get away with as much money as they can from a clear-cut criminal dishonesty Offence. Hound them!

Poor quality, cheap plastic, not as advertised!
I purchased the FunHub Forts 85 balls and 200 sticks, and what an absolute disappointment and waste of money. The bag that was sent is only about 40cm x 40cm x 15cm big. The contence consists of 200 straw-like “sticks” made of cheap plastic (30cm long). The balls are 3cm in diameter also feels very cheap. It contains only a single leaflet on how to build only two different structures. The entrance of the structure or fort is only 30cm big (the lenght of the straw-like “sticks”) so if your child is bigger than that, they will struggle to get into the “fort”
Then also the fort does not stay up if you try to cover it with even just a sheet, its too weak and therefore collapses. It actually collapses by its self when you stop supporting it.

Please do not buy this product. What you are seeing in their ads is not what you will receive. Balls and stick are a fraction of the size shown. The balls are 2-3x smaller and sticks are 3-5 inches shorter. My cat can barely fit through a square when put together. Sticks and balls are flimsy and many are broken and bent. The fort falls down because it cannot hold its own weight. Parts are broken, balls have screws in them which impedes the said ability to slide stick through balls. Pieces are so hard to put together. SAVE YOUR MONEY and buy what is advertised on the most popular marketplace online, for $30. Or purchase this exact same cheap product from the newest China based marketplace for $20. Company does not stand by the quality of their product and is happy to bait and switch you. It is bananas to me that there are so many 5 star reviews with photos that are clearly 100% different than the product we received and they still don't acknowledge that what we got was not what was advertised.

This is, bar none, the flimsiest building toy I have ever seen, and the first I've purchased that bills itself as a fort building product. Not only is it not strong enough to hold a sheet, it's barely strong enough to stand under its own weight. A smashed box containing what looked to be a bundle of extra long drinking straws was delivered and I was immediately underwhelmed but figured I should at least try it out. Could be that there was cleverness in the design that wasn't obvious. Upon first use with my 4 year old son it proved to be just as flimsy as it appeared and moreover, the sticks sometimes required more force than any child is likely to have to push them into the holes of the connecting balls, and other times (using the same stick mind you) they fit so loosely the balls fall off when you hold them upside down. My expectations were low and my requirements minimal and this product fell well beneath both. I wrote this exact review on their website but I'm certain it won't be posted (also, they disable the ability to copy text from their entry fields so I had to use screen shots to copy it). I was so frustrated I typed 'babybud fort' into google and clicked on the first site that let me leave a review, which is here. I'm an idiot for not doing better homework. I'm a dope who was just scrolling on FB before christmas and saw their ad, figured it couldn't possibly be THAT unusable, Facebook couldn't endorse ACTUAL robbery could it, and bought a set. As a result I was swindled by utter garbage.

The worst purchase ever. I’m so mad I didn’t look into the reviews before ordering. The Product can’t be used for kids fort building. Delivery is very long and now I have to pay the return costs.

I ordered the FunHub fort at the beginning of december and for my nephews Christmas gift and it still has not arrived and i have had no updates on shipping. Ironically I also paid for shipping protection(!). The tracking simply states in transit. No response from BabyBud yet - total joke

I purchased this for my son for Christmas. The box it came in was damaged and it was just in a shipping sleeve. Half the balls and sticks were in the box. The balls and sticks are flimsy and poor quality. The customer service email I was provided initially was incorrect. When I did finally find the correct customer service email, I got the run around on how to return the toy or get the remaining missing balls and sticks. I would not recommend this product to anyone because it is poor quality and it looks like they just buy it from a Chinese supplier and resell it. The connecting balls we did receive are splitting in half and we have to glue them or tape them. The sticks look and feel flimsy like drink straws. Save your time and money because it’s a trash product and a waster of time that the company will not stand by or support.

Do not order this fort kit ! Worst $$ I ever spent ! I'm in disbelief at the ridiculous delivery time, poor quality and size of this product!!!

Scam. The Fort tent they send you is not what is advertised in the pictures. Waaaaay overpriced. Worth about A$10 not $122.

Brutal and disappointed the sticks are like straws and it won’t even hold a small sheet in the top it collapsed. Do not buy this you it’s a waste of money and the children will be disappointed

Yup. I'm ashamed that I got scammed. Straight to the landfill with this piece of garbage. Not at all as advertised.

It's a scam. The product you get looks nothing like the image, the will only do partial refunds, and they don't post negative reviews on their websites. Stay away. Consumer protection agencies should absolutely look into this company ASAP.

This is a scam. Best shot at getting a refund is to file a dispute with your credit card company.

Another unhappy customer feeling scammed by this absolute junk quality fort. The balls don't hold the sticks in place at all, just falls out, the sticks are way smaller than advertised, way too weak to do anything with, shorter and thinner than shown in video and promotional material. Doesn't work as intended or advertised, total landfill garbage.

I ordered Christmas presents in November. No gifts received. I received an email today offering me a 20% discount on goods not received.
I have advised the company I want a full refund. I have done my research an online order has automatic rights under Consumer Contract Regulations. Do not use this company.

So annoyed that I paid €80 for straws. I haven’t even given it to my kids as it’s rubbish. Video so misleading as the sticks are way bigger in the video. Don’t know how I go about getting a refund

I feel like they've made mugs of us all. The FunHub Forts is simply a bunch of ping pong balls and drinking straws - for £45!!!! It's so flimsy and not surprisingly any structure collapses the minute you put a blanket over it. My boys felt so let down on Christmas day, I felt terrible. Nothing like the adverts and the box itself is even misleading - where are the different sized sticks and where are the 'glow'in'the'dark' balls? The box arrived squashed so I've no idea if the shop would accept a refund, has anyone tried to get one? Would avoid this shop like a barge pole, I don't know how they sleep at night.

This is such a piece of sh**t, took forever to arrive and is nothing like what was advertised. Basically a oversized drinking straws.

Sadly very disappointed child on Christmas morning. The rods are no more than green straws and you can't build a fort.... basically a square big enough for her barbie. A sheet over it just brings it down. And even more sad, I sent a set to my nephews in Auz and didn't realise how disappointing the present is!
