I needed a release button for the silver cross surf pram, silver cross couldn’t help! But did give me this companies name, after I sent an email, a representative called Andy emailed me to say you did indeed carry this stock item! I was elated, he was so helpful and within no time I had ordered the part. The only downside in this is I didn’t get an email with a tracking reference or who the carrier was, I did contact Andy again, who was more than helpful and the item arrived later that day. All in all my experience was very positive, polite and extremely helpful, I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending or using again

Sent my pram chassis off to be repaired and Andy managed to do it, even though the fault was something he hadn't repaired before (a snapped cable). Great communication, reasonable price and the chassis was couriered back to me promptly. Thanks!

I needed some new parts for my old Silver Cross and placed my order over the phone with Babycare Bradford. Claire was so helpful placing my order and ensuring that delivery was correct (it was complicated!), even following up when needed. My order came quickly and as promised and is just what I need to keep our pram going for our last baby.

Babycare have gone OVER and above for us throughout our maternity period. They are always at the end of the phone happy to help. They are an outstanding company and we will continue to buy our baby products from them. Don't shop anywhere else!! They have an amazing selection of nursery furniture, baby accessories, travel seats, prams and strollers. Our I-Candy came with a small scratch on the handle and they were SO quick to arrange a replacement to our address. Amazing customer service, amazing people!!!

I had ordered an iso-fix child car seat and asked if the lovely people at Babycare would fit it for me when it arrived. When it was ready for fitting I couldn't get to the shop so a lovely gentleman from the shop came to my house, fitted it in the car and then talked me through all the various bits and how it worked. We even put baby in so it was fitted to the baby size. Fantastic service, friendly helpful owners and I will go again. Thank you
