My baby doppler won't turn on, and I haven't been able to get ahold of Customer Service to get a replacement. I've left multiple voicemails, sent multiple emails and used the "contact" form on their website. The emails bounced back. I'm starting to wonder if this is a scam!

I didn’t receive any notification about shipping when I reached out to get more information I was sent a link that made me able to track my package. This product works amazing very easy to use and clear to hear the little heartbeats!!

Doppler works well

Ordered a baby Doppler. It never showed up. Contacted support via email. They wrote back asking for my mailing address though I provided my order number and they should have that. I gave it and I never heard from them again. I replied to the email several times. No answer. I try to call their 800 number it’s a busy signal every time. It’s a phony number!!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! DO NOT ORDER!! I will be disputing this charge and reporting them to the BBB!!!

I could not share the recording. I called the customer service line. I got hung up on once, and twice there was a recording that stated they do not have customer service agents available, even though I was calling during their stated business hours. Don't buy this if you want it to work like it says it's supposed to.

Ordered the Doppler 9 days ago, and still haven’t recieved it.

I paid the extra money for 2 day shipping and it's now been 6 days and they will not refund my Xtra shipping cost . I wrote them a email and they responded " item was shipped as promise..:"

Do not pay the uncharge for extra shipping because you'll have it In the same time as regular . Horrible customer service . They would rather lose a customer over refunding 8 dollars.

I love the baby doppler, I was a very anxious expecting mothers as pregnacy wasn't expected and there were a few medical conditions this product arrived early and work well on picking up the baby's heartbeat. I use it everyday sometimes twice as the pregnancy progressed. My daughter had has been born now and still the batteries are good in the device.

love it i just wish the batteries wouldn’t die so quick. But overall 10/10!!!

I absolutely love my doppler. It was well worth the money, came as advertised an it works good. I am able to find my babies heartbeat easily. Would definitely recommend.

Works great I love it, only complaint is I didn’t receive the color I bought I ordered teal and recieved blue . Kinda bummed about it but the product is still great !

I placed two orders and never received confirmation for either. One of them got delivered and the other was never delivered. When I reached out to the company they are trying to scam me by saying my bank has held the amount, which is incorrect. Be very careful with these companies, they are a bit vague - you don’t get any order numbers and they are not at all helpful in resolving issues with payment. This is probably a new way of scamming people, please make such special purchases from trusted sources only

works just as advertised. this was my 2nd purchase of a doppler after the first one on amazon just didnt work.

I purchased this device to keep my fears at bay in between the appointments. I received it when I was about 15 weeks. It is easy to use and you don't have to read through the long set of instructions to get the gist of it. I read them, but I think I would've been okay not doing so. It was not clear to me that it comes with batteries and the sound enhancement gel. Depending on when you buy this those extras made me more than enough until the baby starts kicking and you don't need to use the machine too often.

I ordered my Doppler on June 17 and still have yet to receive an email for tracking number and can not get in touch with anyone on the phone…… when I sign into my account it shows I don’t have a current order, even though I have a confirmation email and it shows on my bank account.

I can hear the heart rate but the number showing on screen is not quite accurate to the heart beat

Shipping was very prompt and product came perfect packaged. I love having this doppler to check on baby whenever I feel the need to. I was able to hear heartbeat at 9 weeks even! So much fun to use, best money I've spent yet!

Easy ordering, and fair prices. I'm not giving 5 stars because my shipping email with tracking was never sent out.
