Watch out this might be a scam!! They sent me a completely different order and never communicated that they don’t have the items I ordered but just decided to send me some other items..

The company promises gifts and then does not send it saying the item was not in your shopping bag, order one more time and we will send it.
these INCOMPETENTS were not even able to pack my package properly. when I got my hands on it, the bag came off, they probably haven't heard of cardboard boxes!! I had a problem with the delivery, which took about 5 days... and what to see????? that idiot who answered the phone hung up on me saying she doesn't understand/speak english!!!! what?????? i speak english!!! was the money good????? racists!!!!!
Sent wrong size of the diaper. Sent them the picture asap. But they refused to send me the correct one before i request a return, ship thenitem back, which i did. But it has been 3 weeks now that i did not get my money back.

I ordered baby oil and due to some issue it was not delivered but after raising tickets and following up with customer service it was shipped immediately
I ordered for some items and it is missing 3 items. On Monday, customer care contacted me and gave me a refund for the missing items. So I'm going to increase my stars because I liked the way they responded to my complaints.
I had two times ordering for 100 euros, but this time I found out that they claim to have a 50% discount which is not true, and they are all mostly original price which you can find in every shop.

I received my parcel partly and contacted the client services. They claimed to start an investigation and don’t want to return the money until decision?! What kind of scam company is this? I’ll inform en report Google about this domain, as you don’t want more victims.

First of all thank you very much for your order at us.
We have informed you through the mail that the products that where missing where send by us and we checked this through the security camera in our webshop. The amount of the products missing is a high amount and therefor we need to look how it is possible the products are missing when we have send it and you don't received it.
We have kindly asked you to fill out a form where you can claim the missing products so we can start an investigation at our transport company DPD.
If you send us this form we can solve this problem within 5 days, don't get us wrong please we are doing everything in our power to solve this problem and you will receive your money or the products back! We as Babydrogist.nl can guarantee this for you! Only if you can fill out the form and send this back to us we can solve it =)

they said they sent my order - with a track and trace and everything - then sent another message that said the product was out of stock. seems a scam to me
