Thought I was just buying a birthing ball, the book that came with it with pregnancy advice was worth the price on its own.

I did not receive my order
I did not receive my order. Contacted customer service who told me it would be delivered the next day. The order did not arrive. I was then told it was stuck in transit and offered for it to be resent. I asked for it to be resent with next day delivery given that I had already been waiting almost 2 weeks for the delivery. I was told it would be sent with next day delivery and the order did not arrive. Disappointed with the service as it's the first time I have shopped with Babygo. The tracking information was useless as well and I got no updates as to whether the order had even been dispatched. Given I purchased items to help prepare to give birth, it's disappointing that my time was wasted waiting for the delivery of the item.

Ordered twice from Babygo now…
Ordered twice from Babygo now (postpartum leggings in black and grey) received really quickly and very good quality and true to size. I had an issue with one of the pairs of leggings a short while after purchase, I contacted customer service, I was allocated a lovely lady called Lucy, she couldn’t have been any more helpful, constant communication and a fast resolution reached. Will definatly be purchasing again ☺️

Personable & supportive
Fantastic customer service. I’d left a review explaining I’d ordered some underwear that didn’t fit, and even though some had not even been removed from the packaging they were not returnable. The team reached out and enabled me to make a return and refunded the items I had not touched.

Very poor quality pregnancy support belt
Bought the pregnancy support belt. Quality of material is poor. The belly band is thin and has scrunched up after 1 wear. It no longer provides any support. The velcro also sticks to everything as the whole belt is frayed and snagged from the velcro. Expected better quality for price and that it would last whole pregnancy. Disappointing.

I would give 5 stars but it took 2.5…
I would give 5 stars but it took 2.5 weeks for my order to come after repeated problems with the courier.
Contact was great from Babygo themselves - and they made sure i received my package through a different courier after two issues with Evri first not delivering my package then losing the second attempt. Third attempt came the next day.
Ordered maternity bra’s 3 of the black nursing ones, nice durable material, very comfy and true to size.
