Canceled wrong order

They continued to push our order for nursery furniture back with no notification, I asked to cancel one item on a different order and they canceled the whole set

Replacement takes months

Our rocking chair broke so we ordered a replacement as it was still under warranty. They sent a company to pick up our chair 5 weeks ago and we have yet to receive the replacement. We have emailed numerous times and they just keep pushing the expected date back. Now we have nowhere to rock our baby at. Terrible experience. Don’t take peoples chairs until you know you can replace them in a timely manner

Not worth the price tag…

Do not waste your money on their dressers or nightstands. For what they charge these pieces should last for years and years. 3 years in the wood is warped and cracking. Looks like absolute trash. They only offer a one year warranty which is absolute bs. I have ikea furniture that looks better after 10+ years and multiple moves. So disappointed in this company. They offered touch up pens as a solution, what a joke!

Empty promises

Usually when purchasing directly from the manufacturing company, you’d expect a higher quality experience (compared to Amazon, Target, etc.). I purchased their popular Kiwi chair at the beginning of the month, and the shipping label wasn’t created until > a week later, despite the chair being readily available to be shipped. Contacting support is a hit or miss as well, with replies being slow and can take multiple business days for a response back on what’s going on! And while the label is created at this point, the mail carrier has yet to actually intercept the chair… even though the confirmation email says the carrier should “pick it up in a few hours.” So many empty promises! Just buy from a major retailer for a much more reliable experience and NOT from Babyletto, or you’ll be stuck wondering where your items are. I know they can tell how disappointed I am from my concerns to support, and yet they offer zero recourse.

I have placed a Swivel glider and…

I have placed a Swivel glider and ottoman order in Babyletto, and it took forever to ship the item to the Babyletto website they tell you
Cribs, Seating and Dressers - Small Parcel (UPS / FedEx) delivery time 4 - 8 Business Days, its been more than 8 business days and I tried reaching the customer service and they say ("I don't have the exact date at the moment but as soon as I hear from our logistics team I will update you via email. Our Standard shipping will take 7-10 business day. I just want to set proper expectation.")

If you like a headache and people wasting your time this is a great place to shop

I would not shop here. I bought a dresser from this company a month ago and when the dresser arrived the measurements were completely wrong. For example, the middle drawer measures at 9" in height on the outside, but when you open the drawer you're actually only getting 4.5" because of the way it's built. So I called and got someone on a chat to return the very same day it arrived as it was not what was shown on their site. It took almost three weeks of me contacting Babyletto on an almost daily basis to pick up the dresser. They finally send a third party to come pick it up. Customer service was in general not great and I had to reexplain the situation every time I got someone on the line. It's been over a month now and I'm still waiting on my refund. Which means today I will have to call them once again and wait on hold just to be told they will get back to me about the refund...which they never do. AND...they charge a 20% return fee. How can they do this if the item is not what is described online? Just skip the headache, there are lots of great other options that also sell greenguard furniture.

I ordered 2 chairs from a Babyletto…

I ordered 2 chairs from a Babyletto vendor this past April in Ivory Boucle. I did not receive them till end of May when the fabric began discoloring almost immediately, looking dirty. They were not stains that I made, but instead were flaws with that fabric. Apparently this fabric is incompatible with any dark clothing. I replaced the worst chair in the same color, thinking it was just that chair, but the replacement was even worse. The company should ultimately recall the ivory color in the boucle fabric. I then requested replacement of both chairs in a darker color and different fabric, but Babyletto completely evaded responsibility for their inferior fabric, blaming me instead. THEY SIMPLY WON'T BULGE. They blame my dark clothing (!) for creating the dirty look, not the fabric itself. Should the chairs have come with a warning not to sit on them in dark colors? That's ridiculous. It's a cop out, pure and simple. And an insult to me. Definitely an inferior product. Buyer beware.

IF YOU NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM

IF YOU NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM, FOR ANY REASON- TAKING A SPOON TO YOUR EYEBALL IS EASIER.

I needed to return the Babyletto changing tray. It was 1 inch too long. I called there customer service number- they do not answer and just have a recording. They also require written approval for your return, and limit the time you have to send it back.

I then emailed customer service the end of March, waited 5 days and emailed a second time since it needs to be returned to them by a set date. I then still didn't hear back from them until April 9th. They then proceed to tell me that they cannot find my order and that I ordered it through Target and to figure out the issue with Target. I DID NOT ORDER IT THROUGH TARGET. I then sent them an attachment of their website confirmation. They email back and say they cant open it. I email them again and add the details into the email exchange. At this point, its now April 15th, I have emailed them 8 times, and am now being told that they will take the return, but only after they deduct $37.03 from the purchase AND CHARGE A 25% RESTOCKING FEE!!! SO, I spent $115 and they are saying they will take the return but then deduct $65.78 from the $115. They will then resell this to another sucker (like me).
Awful, awful, awful company and customer service!!!!

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever! Bought a dresser for our nursery. Contained three broken parts. It took over a week to get an initial response to emailing the website (due to COVID they are not answering the phone). They sent the replacement part which took over a week to receive. One part was incorrect. Took almost another week to get another response after notifying them that the part was incorrect. I have sent all the information needed to replace the item such as the model number, part number, photos, detailed description of the issue, and photos of the instructions. Believe it or not they sent me the exact same incorrect part. I asked to speak with a supervisor and the customer service person did not respond to my request. There is no one else to ask for help and no way to let the company know that the person assigned to assist you is not doing their job correctly. It has been over 3 weeks and we have a dresser that is only partially put together. To top it off the item was very expensive and not worth being jerked around like this. So why don’t they provide quality customer service?
