the worst service
the worst service. I've been trying for almost a month and a half to figure out what to do with a stroller I ordered. In the end, only one package out of two arrived and the other was delayed by a month, resulting in me going on maternity and having to buy another maxi cosi. I've been trying to contact them, I've been calling them 5 or more times a day and sending many emails and no one is answering me.

Terrible customer experience
We are having a terrible experience with this store, ordered a Yoyo pram from them which arrived without any front wheels! The shop takes no accountability for this error and customer service told us we have to contact the manufacturer?!
Very shocking lack of responsibility when sending out incomplete products such as a stroller without front wheels?! No help of solution was offered so far..
